본 발명은 촉매로서 고체 지르코늄-기재 과산의 존재하에 (메트)아크릴산과 캄펜의 반응으로 이루어지는 이소보르닐 (메트)아크릴레이트의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 하기 식의 (메트)아크릴레이트의 제조방법으로,
    (식중, R은 수소 원자 또는 메틸 라디칼임) 촉매량의 산촉매의 존재하에 하기 식의 아크릴산 또는 메트아크릴산을하기 식의 캄펜
    과 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지며, 촉매로서 고체 지르코늄-기재 과산(superacid)을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이소보르닐 (메트)아크릴레이트의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매로서 수산화지르코늄과 황산암모늄의 반응 생성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산 대 캄펜의 몰비는 4/1 내지 1/4일 수 있고 바람직하게 2/1 내지 1/2인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합물을 촉매와 10 내지 60℃ 및 바람직하게는 30 내지 40℃의 온도에서 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
