Abstract

1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속하는 기술분야
본 발명은 콩비지를 이용한 식품의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
종래에는 콩비지를 이용한 식품으로서 콩비지백반으로 제조되었으며, 콩비지백반은 콩비지를 찌게형태로 제조하고 밥을 별도로 제조하여 식사시 부식으로서 콩비지가 사용되었으며, 조리시간의 낭비 및 조리장치 등에 번거러움이 많았다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
종래의 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 콩비지의 재료를 그대로 사용하되 돼지뼈 등으로부터 제조된 육수를 밥물로 사용하고 콩비지와 쌀을 하나의 용기에 넣고 조리함으로서 종래의 콩비지 백반과는 전혀 다른 미감의 밥을 제조할 수 있다.

콩을 이용한 영양식으로서의 그 용도를 갖는다.

Claims (1)

  1. 3 내지 5cm의 크기단위로 절단한 돼지뼈와 얇게 썰은 생강을 물에 넣어 충분히 끓인 후 실온으로 냉각시키고 표면에 부유하는 고형 지방질 및 돼지뼈와 생강을 제거하여 육수를 제조하여 별도로 보관하고, 콩 물에 침지시켜 분쇄기에서 평균입경이 0.3 내지 1mm가 되도록 분쇄하여 제조된 콩비지와 쌀을 물에 침지시켜 수분을 침투시킨 쌀과 소금에 절인 배추 등의 채소를 2 내지 3cm의 크기로 절단한 채소를 조리기에 넣어 밥물의 대용으로 상기에서 별도로 제조하여 보관한 육수를 사용하여 함께 가열처리하여 증숙시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 콩비지밥의 제조방법.
