Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 내부의 카페트를 고정시키는 클립과 와이어를 보호할 수 있도록 클립을 덮는 도어 스커프 트림의 체결구조에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 클립의 상부면에 요부 및 철부를 형성하여, 여기에 사이드 실과 도어 스커프 트림에 각각 돌출된 돌출부를 끼워 고정시키고, 소정의 각도로 돌출되어 구배진 클립의 저부에는 체결 구멍을 형성하여, 이구멍을 통하여 카페트와 함께 고정수단을 이용하여 사이드 실의 측면과 일체로 체결 고정시킴으로써, 탈장착이 용이할 뿐아니라 견고하게 고정시킬 수 있으며, 부품의 감소 및 원가를 절감할 수 있는 도어 스커프 트림의 체결 구조에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 도어 스커프 트림 체결용 클립의 사시도, 2도는 본 발명에 따른 자동차용 도어 스커프 트림의 체결 구조를 나타내는 단면도, 제3도는 종래 자동차용 도어 스커프 트림의 체결 구조를 나타내는 단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 상부면에 패널접합부(21)가 돌출된 사이드 실(20)과, 소정의 두께를 가지면서 상부에는 상기 패널접합부(21)와 대응되는 홈부(11a)를 가지면서 상기 홈부(11a)의 일측에서부터 연장된 굴곡부의 끝단에는 카페트(50)가 일체로고정되는 클립(10)과, 상기 패널접합부(21)를 중심으로 일측은 바깥쪽으로 일정길이 연장위치되어 있으며 다른 일측은사이드 실(20)의 안쪽 측면을 따라 연장되어 클립(10)과 여기에 고정된 카페트(50)의 끝단을 덮을 수 있도록 된 도어 스커프 트림(30)의 조합으로 이루어지는 자동차용 도어 스커프의 체결 구조에 있어서, 상기 사이드 실(20)의 안쪽면 상부에는 와이어 자리면(22)이 형성되는 동시에 이것과 클립(10) 사이에는 공간부(23)가 형성되어 여기에 와이어(40)가 위치될 수 있게 되어 있고, 상기 도어 스커프 트림(30)의 안쪽 끝단부에는 바닥부까지 연장되어 클립(10)과 카페트(50)의 체결부위를 덮을 수 있도록 되어 있는 동시에 상단부 저면 일측에는 밑으로 향하는 걸림부(31)가 형성되어 있으며, 상기클립(10)의 상단부에는 상기 홈부(11a)와 일측벽을 공유하는 또 하나의 홈부(11b)가 형성되어 이곳으로 상기 걸림부(31)가 끼워져 지지되어 있는 구조로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 도어 스커프 트림의 체결구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클립(10)의 홈부(11a), (11b)에는 각각의 홈부바닥면을 향하는 걸림턱(14)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 도어 스커프 트림의 체결구조.
