Abstract

본 발명은 침하 후 부상하는 양어용 사료(이하 본 발명사료라 칭함)의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 어분, 대두분, 소맥분을 주원료로 하는 양어용 사료에 포도당, 산탄검, 인나트륨, 트리폴리 인산나트륨, 메타인산카제인나트륨, 대두레시틴을 첨가하여 완성된 사료가 물과 접촉하면 기포가 발생하여 부상하게 하는 원인 물질들이 되게 하여, 분말 상태에서 혼합기에 넣어 균일하게 혼합한 후 익스트류더의 프리믹서를 통과시키면서 15%~25%의 수분을 공급시킴과 동시에 10~20초간 고속혼합하여 연속적으로 이송시켜 즉시 익스트루더의 압출 스크류로 공급시킨 후 80℃~100℃의 온도를 조절하며 다이로 압출시켜 직경 1mm두께 0.5mm에서부터 직경 10mm 길이 15mm 에 걸친 다양한 크기의 구형, 또는 원통형등의 모양으로 고속 회전칼로 잘라내거나 또는 다이로 압출되는 것을 고속 회전 칼로 자르지 않고 가압롤러로서 압착하여 후레이크형의 사료를 제조하는것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 어분, 소맥분, 대두분을 주원료로 하는 통상의 양어사료의 원료에 포도당, 산탄검, 카제인 나트륨, 메타인산 나트륨, 대두레시틴을 첨가하여 분말 상태에서 충분히 혼합한 후 익스트루더(Extruder)의 프리믹서에서 15%~25%의 수분을 공급과 동시에 10~20초간 고속 혼합하여 연속적으로 이송시켜 즉시 익스트루더의 압출스크류로 공급시킨 후 80~100℃의 온도로 조절하며 다이스로 압출시켜 고속회전 칼로 잘라 크기별로 성형하며 이 사료가 침하하였다가(일부는 부상 상태로 남게 할 수도 있음) 30초~1분후부터 약50분간에 걸쳐 50~100%가 부상한 후 풀어 지지않고 수시간 동안 부상 상태를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양어용 침하후 부상성 사료의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 포도당 대신 미생물 발효법, 효소 분해법으로 만들어진 포도당 함유한 다당류를 적절히 첨가하여 제조한 사료가 침하후 부상하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양어용 사료의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항과 제2항에 있어 공지의 원료와 기포 발생원이 되는 복합원료를 혼합 반죽함에 있어 15%~25%의 수분을 공급과 동시에 10~20초간 단순간 고속 혼합하여 연속적으로 이송시켜 즉시 익스트루더의 압출 스크류로 공급시킨 후 80~100℃의 온도로 조절하며 다이로 압출시켜 고속회전 칼로 잘라 사료를 만들며 또한 다이로 압출되는 것을 가압로라 압착하여 후레이크(Flake)형으로 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
