Abstract

앤티로크 브레이크 시스템은 비교적 저가인 차량의 속도 감지용 이붙이링(38)을 포함한다. 이붙이링은 세분된 자력 투과성 입자를 함유하는 엘라스토머 재료로 성형된다. 성형 이붙이링은 차량속도와 관련된 맥동 전압을 제공하기 위해 속도 감지기 (22)에 발생된 자장과 자기적으로 상호 작용하는 자력 투과성 돌출 잇빨(40)을 포함한다. 이붙이링은 차량축과 휠 허브 사이에 배치된 오일 밀봉체(30) 또는 마모 슬리브(70)의 일체형일 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 강성 재료로 형성된 환형 지지체(36)와, 상기 환형 지지체에 의해 지지되는 이붙이링(38)을 구비하는 속도 감지기 링으로서, 상기 이붙이링은, 상기 환형 지지체로부터 돌출하여 원주 방향으로 이격된 다수의 잇빨(40)을 형성하고 자성 입자가 분산되어 있는 비금속 재료를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 속도 감지기링.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형 비금속 재료는 엘라스토머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 속도 감지기 링.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 자성 입자는 Fe3O4를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 속도 감지기 링.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 잇빨은 모서리가 날카로운 사각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 속도 감지기 링.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 잇빨은 외측 연부와 2개의 평행한 측연부를 포함하며, 상기 외측 연부는 상기 측연부에 직각인 것을 특징으로 하는 속도 감지기 링.
