Abstract

본 발명은 (A) 경화시키면 고형 중합체를 형성하는 부가 중합가능한 유기 액체; (B) 중량 평균 입도가 50 마이크론 미만이나 BET 표면적이 30㎡·㎝-3이하인 20∼80부피％의 미분된 미립 무기 충전제; (C) 0.05∼0.5중량％의 폴리디메틸실록산으로 구성되는 고충전 경화성 조성물 및 이들로부터 얻은 성형 합성물 제품들에 관한다. 이러한 제품들은 열충격에 대한 탄성이 개선됨을 보여준다.

Claims (13)

  1. (A) 경화시키면 고형 중합체를 형성하는 부가 중합가능한 유기 액체; (B) 중량 평균 입도가 50 마이크론 미만이나 BET 표면적이 30㎡·㎝-3이하인 20∼80부피％의 미분된 미립 무기 충전제; (C) 0.05∼0.5중량％의 폴리디메틸실록산으로 구성되는 고충전 경화성 조성물(highly filled, curable composition).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리디메틸실록산이 하기 식(Ⅰ)로 표현되는 구조를 갖는 고충전 경화성 조성물.
    식 중, a는 정수이고, 각각의 X는 그룹-Mb-〔O-Nc-〕dR 임.
    식 중, M은 메틸렌 그룹; N은 하나 이상의 폴리옥시알킬렌 그룹이거나, 또는 하기 식의 그룹임.
    식 중, R은 수소, 임의 치환된 알킬, 아실 및 페닐을 포함한 알킬, 아실 또는 페닐이고; b 및 c는 각각 0 또는 정수이며; d는 0 또는 1임.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 X가 메틸인 고충전 경화성 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.05∼0.2％w/w의 폴리디메틸실록산으로 구성되는 고충전 경화성 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리디메틸실록산의 존재량이 0.5∼0.15％w/w이고 점도가 60000cSt인 고충전 경화성 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합가능한 유기 액체가, 경화시키면 60℃ 이상의 유리전이 온도를 갖는 중합체를 형성하는 것인 고충전 경화성 조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합가능한 유기 액체가 하나 이상의 모노 올레핀성 불포화(mono olefinically unsaturated) 단량체로 구성되는 고충전 경화성 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 모노 올레핀성 불포화 단량체가 식 CH2=C(R)CO·OR2〔식중, R은 H 또는 메틸, 특히 메틸이고, R2는 임의 치환된 하이드로카빌임〕의 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산 에스테르인 고충전 경화성 조성물.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합가능한 유기 액체가 하나 이상의 폴리올레핀성 불포화(poly olefinically unsaturated) 단량체로 구성되는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 폴리올레핀성 불포화 단량체가 하기 식을 갖는 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산과 유기 폴리올의 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트 에스테르인 고충전 경화성 조성물.
    식 중, R3은 다른 탄소 원자들에 결합된 분자내의 둘 이상의 하이드록실 그룹으로 구성되는 유기 폴리올의 하이드록시 유리 잔기이고; R4및 R5은 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 메틸이며; n은 1이상의, 바람직하게는 1∼3의 정수임.
  11. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무기 충전재가 하나 이상의 (a) 알루미늄의 산화물 또는 수산화물; (b) 알카리 토금속의 및 아연의 산화물, 수산화물, 탄산염 또는 염기성 탄산염; (c) 모래, 석영, 크라이스토발라이트(cristobalit
    e) 및 침강 또는 융합된 실리카; (d) 금속 규산염 또는 알루미노실리케이트; 및 (e) 금속의 알루미네이트, 포스페이트, 설페이트, 설파이드 및 카바이드에서 선택된 고충전 경화성 조성물.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무기 충전재가 30∼75부피％농도로 존재하는 고충전 경화성 조성물.
  13. (A) 경화시키면 고형 중합체를 형성하는 부가 중합가능한 유기 액체; (B) 중량 평균 입도가 50 마이크론 미만이나 BET 표면적이 30㎡·㎝-3이하인 20∼80부피％의 미분된 미립 무기 충전재; (C) 0.05∼0.5중량％의 폴리디메틸실록산으로 구성되는 고충전 경화성 조성물로부터 얻은 성형 합성물(moulded composite).
