Abstract

본 발명은 a) EP 또는 EPDM 고무중에서 선택되는 고무 0 내지 40부, b) 이에 상응하는 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 중합체 60 내지 100부, c) 수지 성분 100부당 에틸렌 디아민 포스페이트 40부 내지 150부, 및 d) 수지 성분 100부당 아미노-작용성 실란 결합제 0.5부 내지 5부를 함유하는 수지 성분으로 이루어진 무할로겐 전기 절연 필름으로서, 이 대 5초 이내에 자체-절연하는 비배향성 필름은 200% 이상의 파단 신장율, 1200V/Mil 이상의 절연 내력 및 응력-변형된 1차 도함수를 나타내는 곡선이 전체 곡선에 대해 양의 기울기를 나타내고 응력-변형의 2차 도함수를 나타내는 곡선이 상기 곡선의 50% 이상에 대해 음의 기울기를 나타내도록 작용하는 응력-변형의 양태를 갖는 필름에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. a) EP 또는 EPDM 고무중에서 선택되는 고무 0 내지 40부, b) 이에 상응하는 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 중합체 60 내지 100부, c) 수지 성분 100부당 에틸렌 디아민 포스페이트 40부 내지 150부, 및 d) 수지 성분 100부당 아미노-작용성 실란 결합제 0.5부 내지 5부를 함유하는 수지 성분으로 이루어진 무할로겐 전기 절연 필름으로서, 이 대 5초 이내에 자체-절연하는 비배향성 필름은 200% 이상의 파단 신장율, 1200V/Mil 이상의 절연 내력 및 응력-변형된 1차 도함수를 나타내는 곡선이 전체 곡선에 대해 양의 기울기를 나타내고 응력-변형의 2차 도함수를 나타내는 곡선이 상기 곡선의 50% 이상에 대해 음의 기울기를 나타내도록 작용하는 응력-변형의 양태를 갖는 필름.
  2. 제1항에 따른 절연 필름으로 이루어진 무할로겐 전기 테이프 백킹.
  3. 제1항에 따른 무할로겐 절연 필름인 백켕 필름과 접착제로 이루어진 전기 테이프.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에틸렌 디아민 포스페이트가 수지 성분 100부당 40부 내지 80부로 함유되는 무할로겐 전기 절연 필름.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아미노-작용성 실란 결합제가 수지 성분 100부당 0.1부 내지 2부로 함유되는 무할로겐 전기 절연 필름.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아미노-작용성 실린 결합제가 N-베타-(아미노-에틸) 감마-아미노프로필 트리메톡시 실란 및 아미노프로필 트리에톡시 실란 및 트리메톡시 실란으로 구성된 군중에서 선택되는 무할로겐 전기 절연 필름.
