Abstract

Claims (8)

  1. 입력전하를 수신하기 위한 입력단자, 적어도 하나의 반전입력, 그리고 적어도 하나의 차동 전류출력을 가지며, 입력이 상기 입력단자에 연결되는 상호 콘덕턴스 증폭기, 둘 또는 그 이상의 전류 출력신호로서 그 신호값이 차동전류 출력값과 선형관계를 가지며 서로에 대해서도 선형관계를 가지는 출력신호를 발생시키기 위한 차동 전류값에 응답하는 수단, 그리고 증폭기 수단의 입력으로 한 전류 출력신호를 전달하기 위한 피이드백 수단을 포함하는 전하 전달회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전하의 값이 입력전하의 값과 관련을 갖는 출력전하를 발생시키기 위해 또 다른 전류 출력신호를 축적하기 위한 수단을 더욱더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전하 전달회로.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 양 입력전하의 경우 차동 전류출력이 양이며 이때 한 전류 출력 신호가 음인 것을 특징으로 하는 전하 전달회로.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전류출력 발생수단이 다수의 전류출력을 발생시키기 위한 다수의 전류 거울을 포함하며, 상기 전류 출력값들이 차동 전류출력 값들과 관련을 갖으며 서로에 대해서도 관련을 갖도록 됨을 특징으로 하는 전하 전달회로.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 축적수단이 콘덴서를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전하 전달회로.
  6. 전하 전달회로 각각이 각각의 입력전하와 하나의 차동 전류출력을 수신하기 위한 한 반전입력을 가지는 상호 콘덕턴스 증폭기, 신호의 크기가 서로 관련을 맺으며 차동 전류출력의 크기에 의해 결정되는 적어도 세 개의 전류 출력신호를 만들기 위한 다수의 출력단 수단, 그리고 첫번째 전류 출력신호를 상호 콘덕턴스 증폭기의 상기 반전입력으로 공급하기 위한 피이드백 루우프를 포함하는, 첫번째와 두번째 입력전하를 각각 수신하기 위한 첫번째와 두번째 개별 전하 전달회로, 첫번째 개별 전하 전달회로의 다수의 출력단 수단으로부터의 두번째 전류 출력신호와 두번째 개발 전하 전달회로의 다수의 출력단 수단으로부터의 세 번째 전류 출력신호를 합하여 합하여진 첫번째 전류신호를 발생시키기 위한 첫번째 수단, 그리고 첫번째 개별 전하 전달회로의 다수의 출력단 수단으로부터의 세 번째 전류 출력신호와 두번째 개별 전하 전달회로의 다수의 출력단 수단으로부터의 두번째 전류 출력신호를 합하여 합하여진 두번째 전류신호를 발생시키기 위한 두번째 수단을 포함하는 차동 전하 전달장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 합하여진 첫번째와 두번째 신호에 제각기 비례하는 첫번째와 두번째 전하를 발생시키기 위한 첫번째와 두번째 적분기(축적기)를 더욱더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 자동 전하 전달장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 첫번째와 두번째 입력전하를 첫번째와 두번째 개별 전하 전달회로 각각으로 그리고 두번째와 첫번째 개별 전하 전달회로 각각으로 교대로 공급하기 위한 첫번째 스위치 수단, 그리고 합하여진 첫번째와 두번째 전류신호를 첫번째와 두번째 적분기(축적기) 각각으로 그리고 두번째와 세번째 적분기 각각으로 교대로 공급하기 위한 두번째 스위치수단을 더욱더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 자동전하 전달장치.
