Abstract

선택적으로 1차 혹은 2차아민의 존재하에서, 포르피라진 혹은 포르피라진 유도체의 금속착물을 포함하지 않는 탄소촉매와 함께 산소를 이용하여, 티올 혹은 티올의 염 혹은 디티오카르빔산 혹은 그의 염에 대한 촉매산하를 실행하였다.

Claims (18)

  1. 촉매가 탄소이고 포르피라진 혹은 포르피라진 유도체의 금속착물을 함유하지 않으며, 선택적으로 1차 혹은 2차아민의 존재하에서, 산소와 티올 혹은 티올의 염 혹은 디티오카르빔산 혹은 그의 염의 촉매산화방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산화되는 물질은, (A)질소-포함 헤테로고리의 티올, (B)지방족 및 방향족 탄화수소티올, 및 (C)디알킬-디티오카르빔산 및 그들의 염으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 산화방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 산화되는 물질은 2-머캅토벤조티아졸, 2-피리딘티올, 2-피리딘티올, 4-피리미딘티올, 2-피라진티올, 3-피라진티올, 2-머캅토벤즈이미다졸, 2-퀴놀린티올 및 2-레피딘티올로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매산화방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 아민이 존재하고 이 아민은 t-부틸아민, 시클로헥실아민, 이소프로필아민, 모로플린 및 디이소프로필아민으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매산화방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 황이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매산화방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 산화되는 물질은 에틸머캅탄, 1-프로필머캅탄, 이소프로필머캅탄, t-부틸머캅탄, n-부틸-1-머캅탄, 시클로헥실머캅탄 및 페닐머캅탄으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매산화방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 산화되는 물질은 디메틸디티오카르빔산 및 그의 금속 혹은 암모늄염, 디에틸디티오카르빔산 및 그의 금속 혹은 암모늄염, 및 디부틸디티오카르빔산 및 그의 금속 혹은 암모늄염으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매산화방법.
  8. 제1항에 디티오카르빈산이 아민존재하에서 산화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매산화방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 디티오카르빔산이 황 존재하에서 산화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매산화방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소촉매는 활성탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매산화방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 활성탄은 그것의 표면으로부터 산화물을 제거하기 위해 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매산화방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 산화는 양자성 혹은 비양자성 용매를 함유하는 액체반응매개체내에서 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매산화방법.
  13. 제4항에 있어서, 산화는 과도한 아민을 함유하는 반응매개체내에서 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매산화방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 산소는 불활성기체와 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매산화방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 산소는 0.1 내지 1.0MPa 사이의 게이지압력에서 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매산화방법.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 0℃ 내지 150℃사이의 온도범위에서 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매산화방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 30℃ 내지 90℃사이의 온도범위에서 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매산화방법.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소는 티올 혹은 그의 염, 혹은 디티오카르빔산 혹은 그의 염의 중량을 기준으로, 1~75중량%로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매산화방법.
