Abstract

본 발명은 근전계 측정장치의 표면 저극을 사랑의 적절한 부우이ㅔ 위치시키고 근전계 측정 장치의 프로브전극 및/또눈 압력 측정 장치의 압력 변환기 프로브를 사람의 질(vaginal) 또는 항문에 삽입하여 사람이 EMG 또는 압력 시그널을 얻기 위해 소변 또는 분변을 멈추는 방법으로 적당한 근육 강도를 측정하는 것으로 이루어진 소변 또는 분변 핍박 또는 실금, 또는 질 또는 방광 강직을 완화하기 위한 근육 강도의 조절방법에 관한 것이다. 이동식 근전계 또는 압력 장치 유니트의 역치는 핍박, 실금 또는 강직 감소 센스에서 더 나은 EMG 또는 압력 시그널을 얻도록 상이한 횟수로 측정을 수회 반복할수 있게 조절된다. 역치와 관련한 개선을 나타내는 EMG 또는 압력 시그널이 얻어졌을 때 이동식 유니트는 보고 듣고 만질수 있는 표시를 제공한다.

Claims (16)

  1. 근전계 측정장치의 표면 전극을 사람의 적절한 부위에 위치시키고 근전계 측정 장치의 프로브 전극 및/또는 압력 측정 장치의 압력 변환기 프로브를 사람의 질(vaginal)또는 항문에 삽입하고; 사람이 EMG 또는 압력 시그널을 얻기 위해 소변 또는 분변을 멈추는 방법으로 적당한 근육을 긴장하는 동안 근전계 또는 압력 측정 장치로 사람의 적당한 근육 강도를 측정하여; 이동식 근전계 또는 압력 장치 유니트의 역치를 핍박, 실금 또는 강직 감소 센스에서 더 나은 EMG 또는 압력 시그널을 얻도록 상이한 횟수로 측정을 수회 반복할수 있게 조절하고,상기에서 역치와 관련한 개선을 나타내는 EMG 또는 압력 시그널이 얻어졌을 때 상기 이동식 유니트가 보고 듣고 만질수 있는 표시를 제공하는 것으로 이루어진 소변 또는 분변 핍박 또는 실그, 또는 질 또는 방광 강직을 완화하기 위한 근육 강도의 조절방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 휴식중의 사람이 제1 EMG 또는 압력 시그널을 얻기 위해 소변 또는 분변을 정지하는 방법으로 의식적으로 적당한 근육을 긴장하지 않는 동안, 제2 EMG 또는 압력 시그널을 얻기 위해 단기간동안 소변 또는 분변을 정지하는 방법으로 적당한 근육을 긴장하는 동안 및 사람이 제3 EMG 또는 압력 시그널을 얻기 위해 장기간동안 소변 또는 분변을 정지하는 방법으로 적당한 근육을 긴장하는 동안 사람의 적절한 근육 강도를 상기 근전계 또는 압력 측정장치로 측정하는 것으로 이루어진 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 이동식 근전계 또는 압력 측정 유니트의 역치가 사람이 소변 또는 분변을 정지하는 방법으로 적당한 근육을 긴장하는 동안 50 내지 90%의 최상의 값으로 조절되는 것인 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 단시간이 2 내지 5초 범위인 것인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 단시간이 약 2초인 것인 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 장시간이 10 내지 90초 범위인 것인 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 장시간이 약 10초인 것인 방법.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 단시간이 2 내지 5초 범위이고, 장시간이 10 내지 90초 범위인 것인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 단시간이 약 2초이고, 장시간이 약 10초인 것인 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 근육이 반복적으로 수축 이완되어 소변 또는 분변 핍막 또는 실금을 적어도 완화하는 강도로 증가시키기 위해 적당한 근육에 전기적 펄스 형태로 신경근육 자극을 반복적으로 가하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 소변 또는 분변 실금 또는 핍박이 완화될수 있고 상기 전기적 펄스가 10 내지 100㎃의 피크 전류와 10 내지 60㎐의 주파수를 가지며 4 내지 20초 범위의 펄스 간격으로 2 내지 10초 동안 지속하는 펄스로 적용되는 것인 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 펄스간의 간격이 각 펄스의 2배인 것인 방법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 스크레스성 실금을 치료할수 있고 상기 전기적 펄스가 10내지 100㎃의 피크 전류와 40 내지 60㎐의 주파수를 가지며 5 내지 10초 범위의 펄스 간격으로 5 내지 10초 동안 지속하는 펄스로 적용되는 것인 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 전기적 펄스가 40㎃의 피크 전류와 60㎐의 주파수를 가지며 5 내지 10초 범위의 펄스 간격으로 5초 동안 지속하는 펄스로 적용되는 것인 방법.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 핍박성 실금을 치료할수 있고, 상기 전기적 펄스가 10내지 100㎃의 피크 전류와 10 내지 15㎐의 주파수를 가지며 5 내지 20초 범위의 펄스 간격으로 5 내지 10초 동안 지속하는 펄스로 적용되는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 전기적 펄스가 40㎃의 피크 전류와 13㎐의 주파수를 가지며 5 내지 10초 범위의 펄스 간격으로 5초 동안 지속하는 펄스로 적용되는 것인 방법.
