Abstract

본 발명은 결정성 폴리올레핀(A1) 70 내지 99중량%에 혼입된 미분 무기 분말(A2)을 1 내지 30중량% 포함하는 수지 조성물을 기재로서 포함하는 한 면 이상의 코어 층(A)에 적층된 결정성 폴리올레핀(B1) 20 내지 40중량%에 혼입된 미분 무기 분말(B2)을 60 내지 80중량% 포함하는 수지 조성물을 포함하는 표면층(B)를 갖는 적층 필름을 다수의 미세한 개별 공극이 각종 층에서 형성되도록 결정성 폴리올레핀(A1, B1)의 융점 이하의 온도에서 3 내지 10의 연신비로 일축 연신시키고, 표면층(B)의 표면에 정보를 인쇄한 다음, 탄소 또는 비탄소 감압층을 일축 연신된 다층 필름의 배면에 제공함으로써 수득되며 불투명도가 80% 이상(JIS P-8138에 따라 측정)이고 연신 방향에서의 인장 모듈러스가 2×104㎏f/㎤ 이상(JIS K-7127)인 일축 연신된 다층 필름을 포함하는 감압 전사 배달용 스티커 슬립에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 커버 표면에서의 본 연속 배달용 스티커 슬립의 평면도이다, 제2도는 연속 스티커 슬립의 배면에 대한 평면도이다, 제3도는 제1도의 라인 I-I를 따라 절단한 단면도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 결정성 폴리올레핀(A1) 70 내지 99중량%에 혼입된 미분 무기 분말(A2)을 1 내지 30중량% 포함하는 수지 조성물을 기재로서 포함하는 한 면 이상의 코어 층(A)위에 적층된 결정성 폴리올레핀(B1) 20 내지 40중량%에 혼입된 미분 무기 분말(B2)을 60 내지 80중량% 포함하는 수지 조성물을 포함하는 표면층(B)를 갖는 적층 필름을, 다수의 미세한 개별 공극이 각종 층에서 형성되도록 결정성 폴리올레핀(A1, B1)의 융점 이하의 온도에서 3 내지 10의 연신비로 일축 연신시키고, 표면층(B)의 표면에 정보를 인쇄한 다음, 탄소 또는 비탄소 감압층을 일축 연신된 다층 필름의 배면에 제공함으로써 수득되며 불투명도가 80% 이상(JIS P-8138에 따라 측정)이고 연신 방향에서의 인장 모듈러스가 2×104㎏f/㎤ 이상(JIS K-7127)인 일축 연신된 다층 필름을 포함하는 감압전사 배달용 스티커 슬립.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 결정성 폴리올레핀(A1)의 결정화도가 20 내지 75%인 감압 전사 배달용 스티커 슬립.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 결정성 폴리올레핀(A1)이 프로필렌 단독중합체 및 폴리(4-메틸펜텐-1)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되고, 결정성 폴리올레핀(B1)이 프로필렌 단독중합체, 프로필렌-에틸렌 랜덤 공중합체 및 밀도가 0.950 내지 0.970g/㎤인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 감압 전사 배달용 스티커 슬립.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 공극율이 10 내지 50%인 감압 전사 배달용 스티커 슬립.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 일축 연신된 다층 필름의 두께가 30 내지 300㎛인 감압 전사 배달용 스티커 슬립.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 코어 층의 두께가 20 내지 250㎛인 감압 전사 배달용 스티커 슬립.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 표면층의 두께가 1 내지 50㎛인 감압 전사 배달용 스티커 슬립.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 불투명도가 85% 이상인 감압 전사 배달용 스티커 슬립.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 인장 모듈러스가 22,000 내지 50,000㎏f/㎤인 감압 전사 배달용 스티커 슬립.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 일축 연신된 다층 필름이 기입부 표면에서의 인쇄부와 표면층의 표면에서의 인쇄부를 포함하는 종이층과 종이층의 배면 위의 탄소 또는 비탄소 감압층을 포함하는 하나 이상의 추가의 적층물에 추가로 적층되고, 각각의 감압층이 추가의 후속의 하위 적층물 표면 위에서 인쇄부를 포함하는 종이층에 인접하되, 맨 밑바닥의 추가의 적층물은 감압층을 임의로 포함하는 감압 전사 배달용 스티커 슬립.
