Abstract
본 발명은 800 내지 1300℃의 표면 온도를 갖는 작업 도구에 사용되기에 적합한 윤활 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (12)
- 하기 성분을 함유하는 고온 형성 금속의 작업 도구에 사용되는 윤활 조성물 : (a1) 0 내지 80중량%의 유리 분말, (a2) 0 내지 50중량%의 유리 프릿(frit) 윤활 조성물에서 상기 성분 (a1) 또는 (a2) 중 적어도 하나의 함량은 0중량%가 아니며, (b) 10 내지 25 중량%의 천연 또는 합성 흑연, (c) 일반식 Me2O, nSiO2, 〔식중, Me는 리튬, 칼륨 또는 나트륨이고, n은 1 내지 4의 수이다.〕의 5 내지 20중량%의 하나 이상의 알칼리금속 실리케이트, (d) 1 내지 6중량%의 수용성 나트륨 폴리메타포스페이트, (e) 0 내지 3중량%의 수-불용성 나트륨 폴리메타포스페이트, (f) 0.5 내지 4중량%의 증점제, (g) 0 내지 1중량%의 보락스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 유리 분말이 d50<100㎛의 평균 입자 직경을 갖고, 700 내지 900℃의 연화 범위를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 윤활 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용되는 유리 프릿이 d50<100㎛의 평균 입자 직경을 갖고, 500 내지 700℃의 연화 범위를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 윤활 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 일반식 Me2O, nSiO2, 〔식중, Me는 리튬, 칼륨 또는 나트륨이고, n은 1 내지 4의 수이다.〕의 수용성 알칼리 금속 실리케이트가 단독으로 또는 혼합물로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 윤활 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용되는 수용성 나트륨 폴리 메타포스페이트가 일반식(NaPO3)n (n은 450 미만이다.)의 그레엄 염임을 특징으로 하는 윤활 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용되는 수-불용성 나트륨 폴리메타포스페이트가 일반식(NaPO3)n (n은 40 내지 70이다.)의 마드렐 염임을 특징으로 하는 윤활 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용되는 중점제는 폴리사카라이드, 폴리카라이드 유도체 또는 폴리아크릴레이트의 알칼리 금속 염임을 특징으로 하는 윤활 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수 분산액 형태인 윤활 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 20 내지 50%의 고체 함량을 갖는 수 분산액 형태인 윤활 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 800℃ 초과의 표면 온도를 갖는 작업 도구에 사용되는 하기 성분을 포함하는 윤활 조성물 : (a1) 0 내지 20중량%의 유리 분말, (a2) 30 내지 50중량%의 유리 프릿, (b) 20 내지 25 중량%의 천연 또는 합성 흑연, (c) 일반식 Me2O, nSiO2, 〔식중, Me는 리튬, 칼륨 또는 나트륨이고, n은 1 내지 4의 수이다.〕의 7 내지 20중량%의 하나 이상의 알칼리 금속 실리케이트, (d) 2 내지 6중량%의 수용성 나트륨 폴리메타포스페이트, (e) 0 내지 1 중량%의 수-불용성 나트륨 폴리메타포스페이트, (f) 3 내지 4중량%의 증점제, (g) 0.2 내지 0.7 중량%의 보락스.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 1000℃ 초과의 표면 온도를 갖는 작업 도구에 사용되는, 하기 성분을 함유하는 윤활 조성물 : (a1) 45 내지 70중량%의 유리 분말, (a2) 0 내지 20중량%의 유리 프릿, (b) 20 내지 25 중량%의 천연 또는 합성 흑연, (c) 일반식 Me2O, nSiO2, 〔식중, Me는 리튬, 칼륨 또는 나트륨이고, n은 1 내지 4의 수이다.〕의 7 내지 20중량%의 하나 이상의 알칼리금속 실리케이트, (d) 1 내지 2중량%의 수용성 나트륨 폴리메타포스페이트, (e) 0 내지 1중량%의 수-불용성 나트륨 폴리메타포스페이트, (f) 1.5 내지 2중량%의 증점제, (g) 0 내지 0.25중량%의 보락스.
- 고온 형성의 금속에서 800 내지 1300℃의 표면 온도를 갖는 작업 도구의 직접적인 윤활을 위하여 사용되는 제1항 내지 제11항에 따른 윤활 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
