Abstract

이 발명은 적어도 어느 한 방향을 갖는 방향성 규소강대를 롤링 머신에 안착시켜 소정방향으로 이동 정지시키는 단계와, 상기 방향성 규소강대를 이동방향에 따라서 펀칭 머신으로 절단가공하여 분할 권선부 및 분할 요크부를 각각 형성하는 단계와, 상기 분할 권선부 및 분할 요크부의 접합면을 용접하여 스테이터 코어의 조립체로 형성시키는 단계로 진행되도록 함으로써, 타발 형태의 철심의 사용에 따른 자계 왜곡 및 성능 저하현상을 방지할 수 있는 전동기용 스테이터 코어의 철심제조방법에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 종래의 전동기용 철심 제조방법에 따른 스테이터 코어의 일실시예를 나타낸 명면도, 제3도는 이 발명에 따른 전동기용 스테이터 코어의 철심 제조방법의 일실시예를 나타낸 모식도, 제4도는 제3도에 의해 형성된 철심을 조립한 상태의 전동기용 스테이터 코어의 일실시예를 나타낸 평면도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 적어도 어느 한 방향을 갖는 방향성 규소강대를 롤링머신을 안착시켜 소정방향으로 이동 정지시키는 단계와, 상기 방향성 규소강대를 이동방향에 따라서 펀칭 머신으로 절단가공하여 분할 권선부 및 분할 요크부를 각각 형성하는 단계와, 상기 분할 권선부 및 분할 요크부의 접합면을 용접하여 스테이터 코어의 조립체로 형성시키는 단계로 이루어진 전동기용 스테이터 코어의 철심 제조방법.
