Abstract
복수화소동시구동방식에 있어서, 표시패널에 공급되는 영상신호에 포함되는 샘플홀드노이즈를 미리 제거한다. 영상신호처리회로는 외부의 타이밍신호원(1)으로부터 공급되는 타이밍신호 PS/H에 따라서 동작하고, 외부의 영상신호원(2)으로부터 공급되는 입력영상신호 Vsigin를 지연처리하여 출력영상신호 VS/H를 생성한다. 이 영상신호처리회로는 제1 샘플홀드회로(3)와 제2 샘플홀드회로(4)와 차동(差動)회로(5)를 구비하고 있다. 제1 샘플홀드회로(3)는 타이밍신호 PS/H에 따라서 입력영상신호 Vsigin를 반복하여 샘플홀드한다. 제2 샘플홀드회로(4)는 동일한 타이밍신호 PS/H에 따라서 동시에 소정의 참조신호 Vref를 반복하여 샘플홀드한다. 차동회로(5)는 샘플홀드 후의 입력영상신호 VsigS/H 및 샘플홀드 후의 참조신호 VrefS/H를 서로 차분(差分)처리하여, 타이밍신호 PS/H에 동기(同期)한 샘플홀드노이즈를 제거한 출력영상신호 VS/H를 생성한다.

Claims (3)
- 서로 직교하는 게이트라인과 신호라인의 각 교차부에 배열한 화소, 및 복수의 영상신호를 소정 갯수 신호라인의 조마다 분배하여 복수 화소를 동시에 구동하는 구동회로를 구비한 표시패널과, 미리 화소의 배열피치에 따라서 복수의 원영상(原映像)신호를 상대적으로 지연처리하여 얻어지는 이 복수의 영상신호를 이 표시패널에 공급하는 비디오드라이버와, 이 표시패널 및 이 비디오드라이버에 타이밍신호를 공급하여 이 구동회로의 복수화소동시구동 및 이 비디오드라이버의 지연처리를 동기적(同期的)으로 제어하는 타이밍제너레이터를 구비한 표시장치로서, 상기 비디오드라이버는 이 타이밍제너레이터로부터 입력된 이 타이밍신호에 따라서 외부입력된 원영상신호를 반복하여 샘플홀드하는 제1 샘플홀드수단과, 동일하게 이 타이밍신호에 따라서 소정의 참조신호를 반복하여 샘플홀드하는 제2 샘플홀드수단과, 샘플홀드 후의 원영상신호와 동일하게 샘플홀드 후의 참조신호와를 차분(差分)처리하여 샘플홀드에 기인하는 노이즈를 제거한 영상신호를 생성하는 차동(差動)수단을 구비하고 이는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 샘플홀드수단은 일정 전압의 참조신호를 반복하여 샘플홀드하여 의도적으로 샘플홀드에 기인하는 노이즈를 혼입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 외부로부터 공급되는 입력영상신호를 동일하게 외부로부터 공급되는 타이밍신호에 따라서 지연처리하여 출력영상신호를 생성하는 영상신호처리회로로서, 이 타이밍신호에 따라서 이 입력영상신호를 반복하여 샘플홀드하는 제1 샘플홀드수단과, 동시에 이 타이밍신호에 따라서 소정의 참조신호를 반복하여 샘플홀드하는 제2샘플홀드수단과, 샘프홀드 후의 입력영상신호 및 참조신호를 서로 차분처리하여 이 타이밍신호에 동기한 샘플홀드노이즈를 제거한 출력영상신호를 생성하는 차동수단을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상신호처리신호.
