Abstract
레이저 광에 의하여 머리털도 포함하여 사람의 얼굴의 윤곽을 그대로 3차원으로 계측할 수 있고 게다가 피측정자 자신이 계측하기 위하여 이동하거나, 특정의 선에 맞출 필요가 없도록 한 사람의 옆얼굴을 3차원적으로 계측하는 입체가공장치를 제공한다.
사람을 소정의 위치로 고정하기 위하여 위치결정수단, 예를 들면 백보드(10)를 고정한다. 이 백보드(10)에 기대거나 혹은 이 백보드(10)에 오목부(13)를 설치하여, 그 오목부(13)에 어깨를 넣어 위치결정한다. 또 레이저 스캐너(20)를 스캐너 가대(22)상에 전후 상하 좌우로 이동능하게 얹어 놓는다. 다시 백보드(10)는 레이저광이 닿았을때 반사하여 형상이 계측할 수 있도록 흑색, 또는 이에 가까운 색으로 구성함으로서, 레이저 광이 반사하지 않는 머리털도 구별할 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 입체가공장치의 일례를 도시하는 블록도, 제2도는 위치결정수단(10)으로서의 백보드와, 3차원 측정기(20)로서의 레이저 스캐너와의 관계를 도시하는 사시도, 제3도는 백보드(10), 레이저 스캐너(20), 컴퓨터(30), 조각기(40), 오페레이터용의 조작보드 등을 하나의 유닛내에 콤팩트하게 수납한 경우의 개략도.
Claims (4)
- 위치결정수단에 의하여 사람의 얼굴을 소정의 위치에 고정하고, 레이저 스캐너를 스캐너 가대상에 전후 상하 좌우로 이동가능하게 얹어 놓고, 그 레이저 스캐너내에 설치한 2개의 레이저 광 투사부로부터 투사된 레이저 광에 의하여 사람의 얼굴의 윤곽을 3차원적으로 계측하고, 그 계측된 데이터를 컴퓨터로 화상처리하고, 더욱이 화상처리된 데이터에 의하여 사람의 얼굴을 3차원 조각기로 플레이트상에 입체가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체가공장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 위치결정수단은 소정의 위치에 고정된 백보드인 것을 특징으로 하는 입체가공장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 백보드는 레이저 광이 닿았을 때 반사하여 형상이 계측될 수 있도록 흑색 또는 이에 가까운 색으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체가공장치.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 백보드에 오목부를 설치하고, 그 오목부에 사람의 어깨를 끼우므로서 위치결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입체가공장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
