Claims (6)
- 한 표면상의 측방향으로 보여진대로 사람 얼굴의 윤곽을 각각 갖는 메달을 자동적으로 조각하는 시스템에 있어서, 광비임 또는 레이저 광비임을 사용함으로써 사람 얼굴의 측면 윤곽을 3차원적으로 측정하는 3차원 윤곽 측정수단, 사람 얼굴의 측변윤곽을 결정하도록 상기 3차원 윤곽측정수단으로부터 생긴 크기 데이타를 처리하는 컴퓨터, 및 상기 컴퓨터로 부터 생긴 데이타를 기초로 하여 원 재료로서 메달의 한 표면상에 사람 얼굴의 측면윤곽을 조각하는 적어도 하나의 3차원 절삭기계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 메달 조각 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 의자에 앉아있는 사람의 중심선을 모니터링 수단의 중심선과 정확한 일직선으로 정하는 모니터링 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 메달 조각 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 3차원 윤곽측정수단은 각각이 소정의 각에 의해서 사람 얼굴의 측면윤곽으로 부터 오프세트된 위치에 배치된 두개의 산업 텔레비젼 카메라와 각각이 사람 얼굴의 측면 윤곽이 디스플레이되는 모니터 스크린을 포함하는 상기 두개의 산업 텔레비젼 카메라에 전기적으로 결합된 두개의 충전 결합장치로 구성되며 상기 모니터 스크린상에 많은 격자점이 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 메달 조각 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 사람 얼굴의 측면 윤곽이 격자상의 어떤 실제점에 사람 얼굴의 측면 윤곽의 폭, 높이 및 두께를 순차적으로 측정하여 광비임 또는 레이저 광 비임을 사용함으로써 상기 컴퓨터의 상기 측정으로 생긴 데이타를 순차적으로 처리 함으로써 결정되는 것을 특징으로하는 하는 자동 메달 조각 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 각 실제의 점에 사람 얼굴의 측면 윤곽의 각각의 폭, 높이 및 두께가 산업 텔레비젼 카메라 중 하나에 전기적으로 결합된 하나의 충전결합장치의 스크린 상의 대응점에 대하여 사람 얼굴의 측면 윤곽상의 상기 실제점에 의하여 정의된 각 및 다른 산업 텔레비젼 카메라에 전기적으로 결합된 다른 충전결합장치의 스크린상의 대응 격자점에 대하여 사람 얼굴의 상기 측면윤곽상의 실제점에 의하여 정의된 각에 의하여 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 메달 조각 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 산업용 카메라가 각각의 충전결합장치의 스크린 상의 모든 격자점에서 사람 얼굴의 측면윤곽상의 상기 실제점에서 상기 폭, 상기 높이 및 상기 두께를 순차적으로 결정하기 위하여 사람에 대한 위자 및 의자에 대한 사람에 대하여 수직으로 옮겨지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 메달 조각 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
