Abstract
본 발명은 열가소성 성형 조성물의 외부층(I)과 흑연 피브릴을 함유하는 전기 전도성의 열가소성 성형 조성물의 내부층(Ⅱ)을 함유하는, 전기 전도성 내부층을 갖는 개선된 다층 파이프에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 다층 파이프는 특히 (석유) 화학재료 수송에 사용되며, 또한 자동차 분야에서 수송 브레이크, 냉각 및 수압유체와 연료용으로 사용된다.

Claims (16)
- 열가소성 성형 조성물을 포함하는 외부층(Ⅰ)과 전기 전도성의 열가소성 성형 조성물을 포함하는 내부층(Ⅱ)을 갖는 다층 플라스틱 파이프에 있어서, 전기 전도성의 성형 조성물이 흑연 피브릴을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 파이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부층이 1 내지 30중량%의 흑연 피브릴을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 파이프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부층이 1.5 내지 10중량%, 바람직하게는 2 내지 7중량%의 흑연 피브릴을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 파이프.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 외부층이 폴리아미드 성형 조성물, 폴리올레핀 성형 조성물 또는 폴리에스테르 성형 조성물 또는 폴리에스테르 탄성중합체 성형 조성물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 폴라스틱 파이프.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내부층이 폴리아미드 성형 조성물, 폴리올레핀 성형 조성물 또는 폴리에스테르 성형 조성물 또는 플루오로중합체 성형 조성물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 파이프.
- 제5항에 있어서,플루오로중합체가 에틸렌-테드라플루오로에틸렌 공중합체(ETFE), 테트라플루오로에틸렌-헥사플루오로프로펜-비닐리덴 플루오라이드 터폴리머(THV), 에틸렌-클로로트리플루오로에틸렌 공중합체(ECTFE) 또는 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드(PVDF)임을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 파이프.
- 제6항에 있어서, PVDF가 40중량% 이하의 기타 단량체를 함유하는 비닐리덴 플루오라이드의 단독중합체 또는 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 파이프.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의어느 한 항에 있어서, 중간층으로서 연료 성분용 차단층을 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 파이프.
- 제8항에 있어서, 차단층이 폴리에스테르 성형 조성물, PVDF 성형 조성물 또는 EVOH 성형 조성물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 파이프.
- 제9항에 있어서, 사용된 폴리에스테르가 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트임을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 파이프.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 외부측의 두께 또는 기타 층의 두께의 합계에 대한 내부층의 두께 비가 1:5 내지 1:100임을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 파이프.
- (석유) 화학 재료 수송용으로서의, 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 플라스틱 파이프의 용도.
- 자동차 분야에서의 수송 브레이크, 냉각 및 수압 유체와 연료용으로서의, 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 플라스틱 파이프의 용도.
- 중공체 제조용으로서의, 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 플라스틱 파이프의 용도.
- 자동차 분야에서의 충전 포트 또는 탱크 제조용으로서의, 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 플라스틱 파이프의 용도.
- 고체용 수송 파이프로서의, 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 플라스틱 파이프의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
