Abstract
본 발명은 연속적으로 동시압축된 냉각제 도관에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 가수분해 내성과 파열강도가 높은 다층 폴리머로 이루어진 엔진용, 특히 차량엔진용 냉각제 도관에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 열가소적으로 성형할 수 있는 폴리머로 된 다수개의 층으로 되어 있고, 각각의 층들이 구역내에서 서로 다른 폴리머로 이루어진, 냉각제에 불활성인 비팽윤성 내부층과 포라리아미드의 파열 내성 외부층으로 구성된, 일부가 환형 또는 나선형으로 주름진 벽을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각제 도관에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 냉각제 도관의 이점은 매우 강성인 부위가 엔진과 몸체 사이의 진동을 흡수할 수 있는 유연성이 큰 부위로 교체된다는 것이다.

Claims (17)
- 연속적인 동시압출에 의하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소적으로 성형할 수 있는 폴리머로 된 다수개의 층으로 이루어진 냉각제 도관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 층들이 구역내에서 서로 다른 폴리머로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각제 도관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1이상의, 냉각제에 불활성인 비팽윤성 내부층과 폴리아미드의 파열 내성 외부층으로 이루어진 냉각제 도관.
- 제2항에 있어서, 구역내의 서로 다른 폴리머는 유연성이 상이한 것임을 특징으로 하는 냉각제 도관.
- 제3항에 있어서, 외부층이 호모 또는 코폴리아미드, 이들의 혼합물, 또는 이들의 배합물로 이루어지는 것인 냉각제 도관.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 호모 또는 코폴리아미드가 탄소원자수가 6 내지 12인 직쇄형 지방족 모노머, 탄소원자수가 6 내지 12인 방향족 모노머 또는 탄소원자수가 6 내지 20인 지환족 모노머로 이루어지는 것인 냉각제 도관.
- 제6항에 있어서, 외부층의 상이한 구역중의 폴리아미드가 유리섬유로 보강되었거나 또는 보강되지않은 형태임을 특징으로 하는 냉각제 도관.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 내부층이 외부층과 상용화할수 있는 작용기를 가지는, 할로겐화된 또는 할로겐화되지 않은 호모 또는 코폴리올레핀, 이들의 혼합물 또는 이들의 배합물로 이루어지는 것인 냉각제도관.
- 제3항에 있어서, 외부층은 폴리아미드 6으로 이루어져 있고, 내부층은 폴리올레핀 또는 그래프트된 α-불포화 디카르복식산 또는 그의 유도체와의 코폴리올레핀으로 이루어진 냉각제 도관.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 내부층이 할로겐화된 또는 할로겐화되지 않은 호모 또는 코플리올레핀, 내부층과 외부층 사이에 위치한 상기 층들과 상용화될수 있는 중간층 및 외부층과 사용화될수 있는 이들의 혼합물 또는 배합물로 이루어지는 것인 냉각제 도관.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 내부층이 염화 또는 불소화 호모 또는 코폴리올레핀, 폴리염화비닐 또는 내부층과 외부층을 이루는 폴리머의 배합물로 이루어지는 것인 냉각제 도관.
- 제10항에 있어서, 외부층과 상용화될수 있는 상기 내부층 또는 중간층이 그래프팅이나 공중합에 의한 작용기를 가지는 폴리올레핀 또는 코폴리올레핀인 것인 냉각제 도관.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 내부층이 ETFE, PTFE, PVDF, PPS, PPE, POM, EVOH, EVA, PBT 또는 이들의 배합물인 것인 냉각제 도관.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 파열 내성 외부층의 벽두께가 전체 벽두께의 10 내지 95%인 것인 냉각제 도관.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 파열 내성 외부층의 벽두께가 전체 벽두께의 25 내지 95%인 것인 냉각제 도관.
- 제1항 내지 제15항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 적어도 일부가 환형 또는 나선형으로 주름진 벽을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각제도관.
- 제16항에 있어서, 말레산과 그래프트된 폴리올레핀 또는 코폴리올레핀으로 된 내부층과, 평활부가 고점도의 폴리아미드 6 또는 폴리아미드 12로 되어 있고, 주름부의 외부층의 코폴리머 또는 유연성이 조절된 상기한 종류의 폴리아미드의 배합물로 된 외부층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각제 도관.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
