Abstract

본 발명은 우수한 층간 접착력을 나타내는 폴리올레핀층과 에틸렌·비닐알콜 공중합체로 된 다층 적층필름에 관한 것으로 본 발명은 (A)프로필렌 중합체로 된 적어도 1축방향으로 배향된 제1층; (B) 제1층의 프로필렌 중합체의 용점보다 낮은 용점을 갖는 프로필렌 공중합체로 된 제2층; (C) 불포화 카르복실산 또는 그 유도체로 그래프트 된 그래프변성 올레핀 중합체를 함유한 조성물로 된 제3층; 및 (D) 에틸렌·비닐 알콜 공중합체로 된 제4층의 4개층이 이 순서대로 적층된 다층 적층필름이다. 이와 같은 다층 적층 필름은 우수한 층간 접착력을 나타내며, 내열성이 우수하다.

Claims (13)

  1. (A) 프로필렌 중합체로 된 적어도 1축 방향으로 배향된 제1층; (B) 제1층의 프로필렌 중합체의 융점보다 낮은 용점을 갖는 프로필렌 공중합체로 된 제2층; (C) 불포화 카르복실산 또는 그 유도체로 그래프트 된 그래프트변성 올레핀 중합체를 함유한 중합체 조성물로 된 제3층; 및 (D) 에틸렌·비닐 알콜 공중합체로 된 제4층의 4개층이 이 순서대로 적층된 다층 적층필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1층의 프로필렌 중합체는 프로필렌 단독중합체 또는 프로필렌과 프로필렌 함유량 2몰% 이하인 다른 α-올레핀의 공중합체인 다층 적층필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제1층은 2축 배향된 것인 다층 적층필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제2층의 프로필렌 공중합체는 프로필렌의 함량이 80~98몰%인 다층 적층필름.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 제2층의 프로필렌 공중합체는 프로필렌 에틸렌 랜덤공중합체, 프로필렌 1-부텐 랜덤공중합체 및 프로필렌 에틸렌·1-부텐 랜던공중합체로부터 선택한 적어도 1개의 랜덤공중합체인 다층 적층필름.
  6. 제1항~제5항중의 어느 1항에 있어서, 제2층의 프로필렌 공중합체는 융점이 120~140℃인 다층 적층필름.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 제3층의 중합체 조성물에 함유된 그래프트변성 올레핀 중합체는 그래프트변성 에틸렌공중합체 또는 그래프트변성 프로필렌 공중합체인 다층 적층필름.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 제3층의 중합체 조성물은 그래프트변성 올레핀 중합체의 함유량이 1~30중량%인 다층 적층필름.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 제3층의 중합체 조성물은 X선법으로 측정한 결정화도가 40% 미만의 에틸렌·올레핀 랜덤공중합체 50~97중량%, 탄화수소수지 1~20중양% 및 그래프트변성 올레핀중합체 1~30%로 된 다층 적층필름.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 제3층의 중합체 조성물은 프로필렌·에틸렌 랜덤공중합체 30~93중량%, 에틸렌·α-올레핀 공중합체고무 5~40중량%, 고압법 폴리에틸렌 1~20중량% 및 그래프트변성 올레핀 중합체 1~30중량%로 된 다층 적층필름.
  11. 제1항~10항중의 어느 1항에 있어서, 제4층의 에틸렌·비닐알콜 공중합체는 에틸렌 함유량이 20~50몰%인 다층 적층필름.
  12. 제1항~제11항중의 어느 1항에 있어서, 제1층, 제2층, 제3층 및 제4층의 두께가 각각 5~100㎛, 0.5~10㎛, 0.5~50㎛인 다층 적층필름.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 제1층, 제2층, 제3층 및 제4층의 전체 두께는 10~50㎛의 범위인 다층 적층필름.
