Abstract

본 발명은 진공차단기의 자기진단장치에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 과전류 계전기에 자기진단장가 없어서 그 내부의 필터 고장으로 인한 변류기의 전류값을 올바르게 읽을 수 없으므로 과전류시에도 트립코일을 제어하여 트립신호를 발생시키지 않게되는 경우도 있고, 트립코일 단선시 마이크로프로세서에서 여자전류를 출력시켜도 트립코일이 여자되지 않아 진공차단기가 전류를 차단할 수 없게 되는 등의 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 발명은 기존의 진공차단에서 과전류 계전기를 분리하여 사용하였던 것을 함께 합치하여 사용함과 동시에 고장여부를 스스로 판단하여 전류 검출 필터의 고장여부나 트립코일의 단선여부를 판단하여 사고를 미연에 방지하도록 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. R상과 T상에 흐르는 전류의 양을 검출하는 변류기(CT1)(CT2)의 출력신호에 대해 고주파성분을 제거하고 그에따른 신호(sig1~sig3)(sig4~sig6)를 각각 출력하는 필터링수단과, 입력되는 트립신호에 따라 트립코일(TC)을 구동 또는 차단하는 트립코일 구동수단과, 제어신호를 출력하여 상기 필터링수단의 입력전압을 변화시켜 필터이상여부를 진단함과 아울러 상기 트립코일 구동수단의 트립코일상태를 진단하는 마이크로프로세서로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 진공차단기의 자기진단장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 필터링수단은 입력되는 필터진단신호에 따라 변류기의 출력신호를 공급 또는 차단하는 입력수단과, 상기 입력수단을 통해 입력된 신호가 있으면 그 신호에 대하여 고주파성분을 제거하는 로우패스필터와, 상기 로우패스필터를 통한 신호에 대하여 전파정류한 후 증폭 수단을 통해 소정레벨로 증폭한 후 출력하도록 하는 전파정류수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 진공차단기의 자기진단장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 입력수단은 전송게이트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 진공차단기의 자기진단장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 트립코일 구동수단은 마이크로프로세서로부터 출력되는 트립신호에 따라 트랜지스터의 도통 또는 차단상태를 제어하여 트립 코이의 구동을 제어하는 포토커플러와, 상기 트립코일의 구동에 따라 출력되는 전압과 기준전압을 비교하여 트립코일의 상태를 진단하는 비교수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 진공차단기의 자기진단장치.
