Abstract
본 발명의 전자사진 감광체는 전도성 기판 및 기판 상에 형성된 감광층을 포함한다. 감광층은 일반식(Ⅰ),(Ⅱ), (Ⅲ), (Ⅳ) 및 (Ⅴ)로 표시되는 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나의 화합물로 함유한다. 따라서, 본 발명의 전자사진 감광체는 반족 사용시 특성 안정성, 양호한 내구성을 나타내고, 수명이 오랫동안 연장된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른, 하부 코팅층, 및 전하 발생층 및 전하 이동층으로 이루어진 감광층으로 이루어진 전자사진 감광체의 바람직한 하나의 실시태양의 개략 단면도.
Claims (9)
- 전도성 기판 및 상기 전도성 기판 상에 형성된 감광층으로 이루어지며, 상기 감광층은 각각 하기 일반식(Ⅰ),(Ⅱ), (Ⅲ), (Ⅳ) 및 (Ⅴ)로 표시되는 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나의 화합물을 함유하는 전자사진 감광체.(Ⅰ)(Ⅱ)(Ⅲ)(Ⅳ)(Ⅴ)상기 식들 중, R1은 수소 원자, 알킬기, 아실기 및 글리코실기로부터 선택된 것을 의미하고; R2는 수소 원자, 임의로 치환된(들)을 가질 수 있는 알킬기, 및 임의로 치환체(들)를 가질 수 있는 아릴기로부터 선택된 것을 의미하고; R3은 수소원자, 임의로 치환된(들)을 가질수 있는 알킬기, 및 임의로 치환체(들)를 가질 수 있는 아릴기로부터 선택된 것을 의미하고; R4내지 R13은 각각 수소 원자, 임의로 치환된(들)을 가질 수 있는 가질수 있는 알킬기, 및 임의로 치환체(들)를 가질 수 있는 아릴기로 이루이진 군으로부터 선택된 것을 의미하고; R14내지 R23은 각각 수소 원자, 임의로 치환체(들)를 가질 수 있는 알킬기, 알콕시기, 아로일기 또는 아릴기로 이루이진 군으로부터 선택된 것을 의미한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감광층 중에 포함된 상기 선택된 화합물의 양이 상기 감광층의 0.1 내지 30중량%, 바람직하게는 1 내지20중량%인 것인 전자사진 감광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감광층이 전하 발생제 및 전하 이동제로 이루어진 단층 구조인 것인 전자사진 감광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감광층이 전하 발생제로 이루어진 전하 발생층 및 전하 이동제로 이루어진 전하 이동층을 갖는 다층 구조인 것인 전자사진 감광체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 선택된 화합물이 상기 전하 이동층에 포함되는 것인 전자사진 감광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 기판 및 상기 감광층 사이에 하부 코팅층을 더 포함하는 것인 전자사진 감광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하부 코팅층이 멜라민 수지, 방향족 카르복실산 및(또는) 방향족 카르복실산 무수물을 주성분으로 하는 경화 필름이고, 요오드가 그 위에 정착된 것이 전자사진 감광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전하 이동제가 하기 일반식(Ⅵ)으로 표시되는 히드라존 화합물인 것인 전자사진 감광체.(Ⅵ)상기 식 중, R24, R25, R26및 R27각각은 치환될 수 있는 알킬기 및 아릴기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 기를 의미하고, R28은 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, 알킬기 및 알콕시기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 원자 또는 기를 의미하고, R24및 R25는 함께 결합되어 고리를 형성할 수 있으며, 또한 R24또는 R25는 R28에 결합되어 고리를 형성할 수 있다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 전하 이동제가 하기 일반식(Ⅶ)으로 표시되는 디스티릴 화합물인 것인 전자사진 감광체.(Ⅶ)상기 식 중, R29, R30, R31및 R32각각은 치환될 수 있는 알킬기 및 아릴기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 기를 의미하고, R33및 R34는 각각 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, 알킬기 및 알콕시기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 원자 또는 기를 의미하고, Ar은 아릴기 또는 방향족 헤테로시클릭기를 의미한다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
