Abstract
백금족 금속 촉매화된 하이드록실화 반응에 의해 경화되는 경화성 유기실록산 조성물은 우수한 내식성을 나타내는 절삭가능한 탄성중합체를 제공한다. 이러한 조성물은 보강제로서의 알케닐 작용성 유기실록산 공중합체를 비보강 충전제로서의 석영 및 유기성 또는 무기성 미소구와 함께 함유한다. 미소구의 농도와 밀도는 특정 범위내인 것이 바람직하다.

Claims (3)
- 분자당 2개 이상의 알케닐 라디칼을 함유하는 경화성 폴리오가노실록산(A), (A)에서 알케닐 라디칼에 대한 규소 결합된 수소원자의 몰 비를 0.5 내지 20으로 제공함으로써, 분자당 3개 이상의 규소 결합된 수소원자를 당해 폴리오가노실록산을 가교결합시키기에 충분한 양으로 함유하는 오가노하이드로겐실록산(B). (A)와 (B)를 합한 1,000,000중량부당 0.1 내지 500부의 금속의 농축물을 제공함으로써, 주기율표의 백금족 금속과 당해 금속의 화합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된, 당해 조성물의 경화를 촉진시키기에 충분한 양의 경화촉매(C) 및 조성물에 절삭성과 내식성을 제공하기에 충분한 양의 보강제(D)를 포함하는 경화성 유기실록산 조성물에 있어서, 보강제가및 SiO4/2단위(여기서, 각각의 R1은 개별적으로 1가 탄화수소 라디칼로부터 선택되며, R2는 알케닐 라디칼이고, 단 당해 공중합체에서의 위의 단위의 2중량% 이상은 알케닐 라디칼이다), 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여 5 내지 60중량%의 미분된 석영 및 조성물의 전체 용적을 기준으로 하여 20용적% 이상의 내열성 미소구를 포함하는 수지성 유기실록산 공중합체를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 경화성 유기실록산 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미소구가 무기성이고 조성물의 전체 용적의 30 내지 45%를 구성하며, 석영 농도가 조성물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여 15 내지 30중량%이고, 공중합체가 조성물의 전체 중량의 10 내지 20%를 구성하며,: SiO4/2의 몰 비가 0.08 내지 0.1 : 0.06 내지 0.1 : 1이고, 알케닐 라디칼을 함유하는 공중합체의 단위가 공중합체의 2 내지 8중량%를 구성하며, R1이 메틸이고, R2가 비닐 또는 5-헥세닐이며, 경화성 폴리오가노실록산(A)가 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 폴리디오가노실록산인 조성물.상기식에서, R3은 각각 독립적으로 1가 탄화수소 라디칼로부터 선택되며,R4는 알케닐 라디칼을 나타내고, χ는 25℃에서 0.1Pa.s 이상의 점도에 상당하는 중합도를 나타낸다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 미소구가 유리로서 밀도가 0.2 내지 0.6g/㎠이고, 석영의 입자 크기가 0.5 내지 50㎛이며, 공중합체가 당해 조성물의 10 내지 20중량%를 구성하고, 당해 폴리디오가노실록산의 점도가 25℃에서 0.1 내지 100Pa.s이며, R3이 메틸이고, R4가 비닐 또는 5-헥세닐인 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
