Abstract

본 발명은 회로기판 조립체(32)를 수납하도록 된 IC 카드 키트에 관한 것이며, 상기 조립체는 전기 회로 및 전기 부품(34)들이 표면 상에 장착된 대체로 평면인 회로 기층(30)을 포함한다. 전기 회로는 접지 회로를 포함한다. 키트는 회로기판 조립체를 수납하도록 된 프레임(48)과, 조립체의 가장자리에 장착하기 위한 리셉터클 커넥터와, 프레임과 회로 기판조립체를 개재시키기 위한 한쌍의 덮개 패널(42)와, 회로 기판 조립체의 접지 회로에 맞물리게 하기 위한 프레임 상의 도전성 접지 회로(60)를 포함한다. 이 클립은 회로 기판 조립체를 프레임에 미리 조립하기 위한 스프링 아암(64)을 포함한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 회로 기판 조립체를 수납하게 되어 있고, 상기 회로 기판 조립체는 두 개의 대체로 평면인 표면을 구비하고 이들 표면들 중 한 표면 상에 전기 회로 및 복수개의 전기 부품들이 장착된 대체로 평면인 기층을 포함하고, 상기 전기 회로는 접지 회로를 포함하는 IC 카드 키트에 있어서, 회로 기판 조립체를 지지하도록 된 지지 수단을 그 위에 구비한대체로 직사각형인 프레임과, 회로 카드 조립체의 가장자리에 장착되고 전기 회로에 전기적으로 커클링되도록 된 리셉터클 커넥터와, 회로 기판 조립체를 사이에 개재시키도록 된 한 쌍의 덮개와, 프레임 상에 장착하도록 되어 있고, 기층 표면 상이 접지 회로의 일부에 맞물리도록 된 스프링 아암과, 프레임의 일부에 고정되도록 된 몸체부를 포함하는 전도성 접지 클립을 포함하고, 상기 스프링 아암은 회로 기판 조립체를 프레임에 탄성적으로 제거 가능하게 래칭시키는 동안에 상기 표면 상의 접지 회로의 일부분에 맞물리도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 IC 카드 키트
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접지 클립의 스프링 아암은 상기 회로 기판 조립체를 상기 프레임의 상기 지지 수단상에 위치시키는 것에 대응해서 기층의 표면에 탄성적으로 맞물리게 하기 위한 수직 다리부와 하향 굴곡 갈고리부를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 IC 카드 키트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접지 클립 중 한 쌍은 각각 회로 기판 조립체의 대향 가장자리에 맞물리도록 된 스프링 아암을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 IC 카드 키트.
  4. 접지 회로를 표면 상에 마련된 대체로 평면인 기층을 구비한 회로 기판 조립체와, 회로 기판 조립체를 수납 유지하기 위한 프레임과, 회로 기판 조립체를 사이에 개재시키기 위한 한 쌍의 덮개를 포함하는 IC 카드와 전기 장치간의 접지 접속을 제공하기 위한 도전성 접지 클립에 있어서, 기층 표면 상의 접지 회로의 일부에 맞물리게 된 스프링 아암과, 프레임의 일부에 고정하도록 된 몸체부를 포함하고, 상기 스프링 아암은 회로 기판 조립체를 프레임에 탄성적으로제거 가능하게 래칭하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 접지 클립.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 스프링 아암은 기층의 접지부에서 맞물리게 된 하향 굴곡 갈고리부에서 종료되는 수직 다리부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 접지 클립.
