Abstract

一种波导板固定装置,用于固定一具有若干侧壁的波导板,其包括若干固定件和一固定架,这些固定件分别固定于该波导板的侧壁,每一固定件具有导电性,包括一与对应侧壁等长且固定贴合于对应侧壁的固定部及一由该固定部的一侧边弯折形成的具有弹性的弯折部,该波导板收容并固定于该固定架内,这些固定件的弯折部弹性变形且紧密抵接该固定架的内侧。该波导板固定装置将这些固定件分别固定于该波导板的对应侧壁后与该波导板一同压入该固定架,使该波导板固定于该固定架,这些固定件与该固定架紧密连续地搭接,能有效地防止电磁泄漏。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种波导板固定装置。
背景技术
电子装置由于通风散热的需要会在机箱上开孔,这样会造成电磁泄漏。为兼顾通风散热和电磁屏蔽的需要一般在机箱上安装波导板,而目前安装波导板一般采用螺丝固定的方法,这使得波导板和机箱之间搭接不连续而存在间隙,会产生电磁泄漏。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种能有效防止电磁泄漏的波导板固定装置。
一种波导板固定装置,用于固定一具有若干侧壁的波导板,包括若干固定件和一固定架,这些固定件分别固定于该波导板的侧壁,每一固定件具有导电性,包括一与对应侧壁等长且固定贴合于对应侧壁的固定部及一由该固定部的一侧边弯折形成的具有弹性的弯折部,该波导板收容并固定于该固定架内,这些固定件的弯折部弹性变形且紧密抵接该固定架的内侧,该波导板呈矩形,是由若干波导管阵列构成,包括四侧壁,每一侧壁固定有一固定件。
本发明波导板固定装置将这些固定件分别固定于该波导板的对应侧壁后与该波导板一同压入该固定架,使该波导板固定于该固定架,这些固定件与该固定架紧密连续地搭接,能有效地防止电磁泄漏。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明波导板固定装置的较佳实施方式,用于固定一波导板10。该波导板固定装置包括四由导电材料制成的固定件20和一中空的框体状的固定架40。
该波导板10是由若干波导管11阵列构成的矩形的板体。该波导板10包括四侧壁13。每一侧壁13垂直凸设有若干凸柱15。
这些固定件20的长度分别与该波导板10的这些侧壁13的长度相同。每一固定件20包括一长条形的固定部21及由该固定部21的一侧边向外弯折并向相对的另一侧边延伸所形成的一大致呈弧形的具有弹性的弯折部22。该固定部21设有若干正对对应侧壁13的凸柱15的通孔23。
该固定架40包括相对的两第一侧板41和相对的两第二侧板42。每一第一侧板41的内侧邻近前侧间隔地凸设两楔形的挡块43。每一挡块43的前后两侧分别形成一与该第一侧板41成一定斜角的导引面及一垂直该第一侧板41的挡止面。该固定架40的后侧的中部设有一连接于该两第二侧板42间的挡板45。
请参照图2和图3,组装时,将这些固定件20的固定部21分别贴合该波导板10的侧壁13,再将这些凸柱15分别焊接于对应的固定件20的通孔23。将该波导板10及固定件20自该固定架40的前侧压入该固定架40内,使该固定架40的四挡块43的挡止面挡止于对应的两固定件20的前侧,该挡板45挡止于该波导板10的后侧。该四固定件20的弯折部22弹性变形后分别抵顶该固定架40的对应第一侧板41和第二侧板42的内侧。
由于这些固定件20的固定部21分别与该波导板10的对应侧壁13贴合,且这些固定件20的弯折部22分别与该固定架40的内侧紧密连续地搭接,使波导板10与固定架40间基本不存在间隙。这些固定件20由导电材料制成,可衰减电磁波。因此该波导板固定装置能较好地防止电磁泄漏。
拆卸时,相向挤压挡止于挡块43的两固定件20的弯折部22,可将该波导板10连同这些固定件20自后向前推出该固定架40。

Claims (3)

1.一种波导板固定装置,用于固定一具有若干侧壁的波导板,其包括若干固定件和一固定架,这些固定件分别固定于该波导板的侧壁,每一固定件具有导电性,包括一与对应侧壁等长且固定贴合于对应侧壁的固定部及一由该固定部的一侧边弯折形成的具有弹性的弯折部,该波导板收容并固定于该固定架内,这些固定件的弯折部弹性变形且紧密抵接该固定架的内侧,该波导板呈矩形,是由若干波导管阵列构成,包括四侧壁,每一侧壁固定有一固定件。
2.如权利要求1所述的波导板固定装置,其特征在于:该固定架包括相对的两第一侧板和相对的两第二侧板,该两第一侧板的内侧邻近前侧凸设一楔形的挡块,两第二侧板部的中部于后侧之间设有一挡板,每一固定件的弯折部抵顶对应的第一侧板和第二侧板的内侧,该两挡块分别挡止于对应的两固定件的前侧,该挡板挡止于该波导板的后侧。
3.如权利要求1所述的波导板固定装置,其特征在于:每一侧壁包括若干凸柱,每一固定部包括若干通孔,这些凸柱分别焊接于这些通孔,将这些固定件固定于该波导板。
