Abstract

본 발명은 양이온 변성 공중합체에 관한 것으로서, 에틸렌 구조 단위 95~85mo1%와 일반식(II)로 나타내어지는 에스테르 구조 단위 0.1~10mol%와, 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산의 구조 단위 0.1~6mol%와, 일반식(IV)으로 나타내어지는 아미드 구조 단위 1~l2mol%를 분자내에 함유하고, 중량 평균 분자량이 1,000-100,000인 선형상의 공중합체이며, 열가소성 수지에 배합했을때 상용성 양호하고 동시에 기계적 물성이 뛰어난 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 분자내에, 식(I)로 나타내어지는 에틸렌 구조 단위 95~85mol%; 일반식(II)로 나타내어지는 에스테르 구조 단위 0.1~10mol%; 일반식(III)으로 나타내어지는 카르본산 구조 단위 0.1~6mol%; 일반식(IV)로 나타내어지는 아미드 구조 단위 1∼12mo1%; 를 함유하고, 중량 평균 분자량이 1,000~100,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 선형상의 양이온 변성 공중합체.
    (식중, R1, R3, R4는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자 또는 메틸기를 나타내며, R2는 탄소수 1~4의 알킬기를 나타내며, R5는 탄소수 2~8의 알킬렌기를 나타내며, R6및 R7은 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1~4의 알킬기를 나타내며, R8은 탄소수 1~18의 알킬기, 탄소수 6~8의 아릴알킬기 또는 아릴기를 나타내며, X-는 R9SO3 -를 나타내며, 여기서 R9는 탄소수 1~12의 알킬기, 탄소수 6~18의 아릴알킬기 또는 아릴기를 나타낸다.)
  2. 분자내에, 식(I)으로 나타내어지는 에틸렌 구조 단위 95~85mol%; 일반식(II)로 나타내어지는 에스테르 구조 단위 0.1~10mol%; 일반식(IV)로 나타내어지는 아미드 구조 단위 1~12mol%; 를 함유하고, 중량 평균 분자량이 1,000~100,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 선 형상의 양이온 변성 공중합체.
    (식중, R1, R4는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자 또는 메틸기를 나타내며, R2는 탄소수 1~4의 알킬기를 나타내며, R5는 탄소수 2~8의 알킬렌기를 나타내며, R6및 R7는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1~4의 알킬기를 나타내며, R8은 탄소수 1~18의 알킬기, 탄소수 6∼8의 아릴알킬기 또는 아릴기를 나타내며, X-는 R9SO3 -를 나타내며, 여기서 R9는 탄소수 1~12의 알킬기, 탄소수 6~18의 아릴알킬기 또는 아릴기를 나타낸다.)
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 양이온 변성 공중합체를 함유하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 대전 방지제.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 양이온 변성 공중합체를 균일하게 물에 분산하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 조성물.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 양이온 변성 공중합체와 열가소성 수지를 또한 함유하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 폴리올레핀, 스티렌계 수지, 아크릴계 수지, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 폴리에테르 및 폴리할로겐화 비닐 수지로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 적어도 1종류인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 양이온 변성 공중항체로 이루어진 층과 열가소성 수지충을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
  8. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 조성물로 이루어진 층과 열가소성 수지층을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
