Abstract
본 발명은 열가소성 수지조성물에 관한 것으로 열가소성수지 (A) 100중량부, 함불소계유기계 난연제 (B) 2.0~40중량부 및 하기 구조단위 (Ⅰ)~(Ⅲ)가 선상으로 배열하고, 중량평균분자량이 1,000~50,000인 (메트) 아크릴아미드계 공중합체 및/또는 (메트) 아크릴산 에스테르계 공중합체⒞ 1.0~30중량부를 함유하여 이루어지며, 이때 올레핀 구조 단위(Ⅰ) 65~95몰%(메트) 아크릴레이트 구조단위(Ⅱ) 0~15몰% 및 (메트) 아크릴레이트(Ⅲ) 구조단위 또는 (메트) 아크릴산 에스테르 구조단위 1~35몰%을 함유하여 종래부터 업계에서 불가능하게 여겨왔던 우수한 난연성과 영구대전방지성의 두가지 물리적 특성을 겸비한 열가소성수지 조성물을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (5)
- (A) 열가소성수지 100중량부, (B) 함불소계유기계 난연제 2.0~40중량부 (C) 하기 구조단위 (Ⅰ)~(Ⅲ)가 선상으로 배열하여 이루어지는 중량평균분자량이 1,000~50,000인 (메트) 아크릴아미드계 공중합체 및/또는 (메트) 아크릴산 에스테르계 공중합체 1.0~30중량부를 함유하여 이루어지는 열가소성수지 조성물,(식중 R1은 수소원자 또는 메틸기)로 나타내어지는 폴리올레핀 구조단위(Ⅰ) 65~99몰% 일반식 :(식중 R2는 수소원자 또는 메틸기, R3는 수소원자, 탄소수 1~12의 알킬기를 나타낸다)으로 나타내어지는 (메트) 아크릴레이트 구조단위(Ⅱ) 0~15몰% 일반식 :(식중 Y는 산소원자 또는 NH, R4는 수소원자 또는 메틸기, R5는 탄소수 2~8의알킬렌기, R6및 R7은 각각 탄소수 1~4의 알킬기, R8은 탄소수 1~12의 알킬기, 탄소수 6~12의 아릴알킬기 또는 탄소수 6~12의 지방족고리알킬기, X는 할로겐원자, ClO3, CH3OSO3, 또는 C2H5OSO3를 나타낸다)에서 나타내어지는 (메트) 아크릴아미드 구조단위 또는 (메트) 아크릴산 에스테르 구조단위(Ⅲ) 1~35몰%.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (B)성분이 방향족 불소치환체 또는 지방족 불소치환체인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (D) 무기계 난연조제가 15중량부 이하 배합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (D) 무기계 난연조제가 2~15중량부 배합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지조성물.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, (D) 무기계 난연조제가 안티몬화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
