Claims (13)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 폴리플루오로탄화수소기-함유 아크릴레이트.
    Rf-(CH2)h-Q-(CH2)h--〔X--〕y-(CH2)mO(CO)CR=CH2(Ⅰ)
    (상기식에서, Rf는 불소원자가 결합된 탄소수2~22의 폴리플루오로탄화수소기이며, 상기 탄소원자중 일부는 에테르형 산소 원자에 의해 치환될 수 있으며,는 불소 및 염소로 부터 선택된 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자에 의해 치환될 수 있는 p-페닐렌기이며, 단, 다수의가 한분자 내에 존재할 때, 다수의는 서로 동일하거나 상이할 수있고, R은 수소원자, 메틸기, 불소 원자, 염소 원자 또는 브롬 원자이며, Q는 산소원자 또는 황 원자이고, X는 단일결합, -CH=CH-, -N=CH-,-CH=N-또는 -C(O)-이며, n은 1~22의 정수이고, h느 0~22의 정수이며, m은 1~11의 정수이고, y는 0~5의 정수이다.)
  2. 제1항에 있어서는 치환체가 없는 p-페닐렌기이며. R은 수소원자 또는 메틸기이고, Q는 산소원자이이며, n은 1∼4의 정수이고, h는 0∼2의 정수이며. m은 2∼4의 정수이고, y는 0 또는 1인 아크릴레이트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, Rf가 C4-18폴리플루오로알킬기 (여기에서, 상응하는 비치환 알킬기의 수소 원자의 80%이상이 불소 원자로 치환되고. 나머지 수소 원자의 일부 또는 모두는 염소 원자로 치환된다)인 아크릴레이트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서. Rf가 C6-14선형의 퍼플루오로 알킬기인 아크릴레이트.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, Rf가 하나 이상의 퍼플루오로옥시프로필렌기를 가진 C6-18퍼플루오로옥사알킬기인 아크릴레이트.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, X가 -CH=N- 또는 -C(0)-인 아크릴레이트.
  7. 제1항에 정의된 1종 이상의 일반식(1)의 아크리리레이트, 또는 제1항에 정의된 1종 이상의 일반식(1)의 아크릴레이트와 제1항에 정의된 일반식(1)의 아크릴레이트와 공중합 가능한 1종 이상의 다른 단량체와의 중합체.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 아크릴레이트가 일반식(1)의 아크릴레이트(식중, Rf는 C6-14선형의 퍼플루오로알킬기이며,는 치환체가 없는 p-페닐렌기이고, R은 수소 원자 또는 메틸기이며, X는 -CH=N- 또는 -C(0)-이고, Q는 산소 원자이며, n은 1∼4의 정수이고, h는 0∼2의 정수이며, m은 2∼4의 정수이고, y는 0 또는 1이다)인 중합체.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 일반식(1)의 아크릴레이트와 공중합가능한 다른 단량체가 아크릴레이트 또는 메타크릴레이트인 중합체.
  10. 제7항에 있어서. 중합체에서 모든 단량체의 중합 단위에 대한 일반식(1)의 아크릴레이트의 중합 단위의 비가 15몰%이상인 중합체.
  11. 제7항의 중합체를 유효 성분으로서 함유하는 섬유용 발수제 및 발유제.
  12. 제7항의 중합체를 유효 성분으로서 함유하는 표면 변형제.
  13. 제7항의 중합체 및 다른 중합체를 함유하는 조성물.
