Abstract

항원-항체 반응에 기인하는 혼탁도의 변화 혹은 신란광 세기의 변화를 기초로 하는, 생체에서 얻은 샘플 중의 미량성분에 대한 면역 분석법에서, 상기 항원-항체 반응이 미리 첨가된 마그네슘 이온의 존재하에서 수행되는 경우, 높은 정확도와 재현도로 신속·용이하게 분석물을 측정할 수가 있다.

Claims (8)

  1. 살아 있는 체액에서 얻은 샘플과 반응 시약을 미리 첨가된 마그네슘 이온의 존재하에서 항원-항체 반응을 시키고, 상기 항원-항체 반응에 기인하는 혼탁도의 변화 혹은 산란광 세기의 변화를 측정하는 것을 포함하는, 살아 있는 체액 중의 어떤 성분의 농도를 측정하기 위한 면역 분석법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 마그네슘 이온은 마그네슘염에서 유래된 이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 항원-항체 반응이 수행되는 반응액 중의 마그네슘 이온의 농도는 5mM 내지 300mM인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 항원-항체 반응이 수행되는 반응액 중의 마그네슘 이온의 농도는 30mM 내지 300mM인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 항원-항체 반응이 수행되는 반응액 중의 마그네슘 이온의 농도는 50mM 내지 300mM인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 살아 있는 체액 중의 성분은 C-반응성 단백질인 것을 특징으로 하는 면역 분석법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 살아 있는 체액 중의 성분은 항스트렙토리신 O인 것을 특징으로 하는 면역 분석법.
  8. 측정대상 샘플 중의 성분에 대한 항체 혹은 항원과 마그네슘 이온이 포함된 면역 분석용 시약.
