Abstract

본 발명은 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트, 및 리시놀레산의 자기-축합에 의해서, 임의로는 C2-C20출발 폴리올과 임의의 첨가제를 함께 이용하여 얻어질 수 있는 평균 분자량 약 600 내지 약 5000의 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 복합 재료 제조용 결합제로서 유용하다.

Claims (17)

  1. a) 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트 및 b) 리시놀레산 단독의 자기-축합 또는 C2-C20출발 폴리올과 리시놀레산의 축합에 의해 얻어질 수 있는 평균 분자량 약 600 내지 약 5000의 폴리에스테르, 및 임의로는 c) 첨가제로 이루어진 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트 a)가 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트를 주성분으로 한 폴리이소시아네이트인 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 b)가 평균 분자량 약 620 내지 약 3000인 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 b)가 출발 폴리올로서 1,6-헥산디올을 사용하여 제조된 것인 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트 a)가 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 및 폴리페닐폴리메틸렌 폴리이소시아네이트의 혼합물인 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 b)가 평균 분자량 약 620 내지 약 3000인 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 b)가 출발 폴리올로서 1,6-헥산디올을 사용하여 제조된 것인 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 a) 및 b)가 함께 완전하게 반응된 것인 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 a) 및 b)가 부분적으로 반응된 것인 조성물.
  10. a) 제1항의 조성물과 결합되는 재료를 배합하는 단계, 및 b) a)에서 형성된 배합물을 성형 또는 압축하는 단계를 포함하는 복합 재료의 제조 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 분자량 약 400 내지 약 10,000의 폴리히드록실계 화합물이 단계 a)에서 결합되는 재료와 또한 배합되는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 결합되는 재료가 셀룰로오스-함유 및(또는) 리그노셀룰로오스-함유 재료인 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 결합되는 재료에 분쇄 스크랩 플라스틱(ground scrap plastic)이 더 포함되는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 플라스틱이 이소시아네이트 기재의 플라스틱인 방법.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 결합되는 재료가 셀룰로오스-함유 및(또는) 리그노셀룰로오스-함유 재료인 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 결합되는 재료에 분쇄 스크랩 플라스틱이 더 포함되는 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 플라스틱이 이소시아네이트-기재의 플라스틱인 방법.
