Abstract
본 발명의 목적은 축전지 소모 상태를 고려한 듀티비를 설정해서 안정된 주행감이 얻어지는 주행 장치와 소모 상태를 불구하고 안정된 제동력이 얻어지는 희생 브레이크와, 또한 복수의 동작 정이 레벨을 두고 첫번의 정지 동작을 억제할 수 있는 확실한 알림이 가능한 보호 장치를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 구성은 제1발명이 모터를 초퍼 제어에 의해 구동하는 제어 방법을 사용한 전기자동차이며, 축전지의 소모 상태에 따라서 초퍼 듀티를 보상함으로써 동일 주행 감각을 얻게 해서 쾌적화시키고, 제2발명이 회생전력을 모터 구동 회로에 의해 소비하는 것에 의해 축전지의 소모 상태에 불구하고 회생 브레이크 장치의 동작을 안정화해서 성능을 향상화시키고, 제3발명이 기기의 동작 상황을 파악하여 이상을 경고하고 정지시키는 보호 장치에 있어서 정지 동작을 2단계로 하고 이 첫번의 정지 동작을 억제하는 취소 스위치를 두고 상황에 의해 보호 장치의 강제적인 정지 동작을 억제하는 것이다.

Claims (4)
- 축전지에서의 전력에 의해 구동되는 주행 전동 모터와, 상기 모터를 초퍼 제어의 듀티비의 중감으로 회전 제어하는 모터 구동 회로와, 상기 모터 구동 회로에 운전자에 의해 액셀 개방도 설정에 따른 듀티비를 지정하는 전기자동차의 주행 장치 제어 방법에 있어서, 상기 축전의 단자 전압과 액셀 개방도에 의거해서 단자 전압의 감소에 따라서 듀티비를 증가해서 설정하고, 모터에 공급되는 실효 전압을 만충전 상태의 액셀 개방도와 동일로 하는 듀티비 설정 수단을 둔 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 주행 장치 제어 방법.
- 축전지에서의 전력에 의해 구동되는 주행용 전동 모터와, 상기 모터를 초퍼 제어에 의해 회전 제어하는 모터 구동회로와, 차량의 감속시에 상기 모터를 일시적으로 발전기로서 사용하고 발생한 전력에 의해 축전지를 충전하는 회생 브레이크 수단을 구비한 전기자동차의 주행 장치에 있어서, 상기 회생 브레이크에 의한 발생 전력량과 회생 브레이크 동작 시점에 있어서의 축전지의 허용 충전 전력량에 의거하여 그 발생 전력에 의한 축전지의 충전이 가능한지 아닌지를 판정하는 회생 판정 수단과, 상기 회생 판정 수단의 회생 불능 판정에 의거, 그 잉여로 된 발생 전력을 모터 구동 회로에 분배하고 그 모터 구동회로의 소비 동작에 의해 발생 전력을 소비하는 전력 소비 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 주행 장치.
- 탑재기기의 동작에 의한 물리량 변화를 검출하는 센서와, 경고 레벨과 정지 레벨의 판정 기준치를 가지며, 상기 센서 출력과 그 기준 레벨값을 비교해서 기기의 동작 레벨을 판정하는 비교 판정 수단과, 상기 판정 수단의 경고 동작 레벨 판정에 의거하여 운전자에 기기의 이상을 알리는 경고수단과, 정지 동작 레벨 판정에 의거해서 그 기긱의 동작을 정지하는 정지 수단을 구비한 전기 자동차의 보호 장치에 있어서, 상기 비교 판정 수단의 정지 판정 레벨에 제3의 정지 판정 레벨을 설치하고, 상기 제2, 3의 레벨의 판정으로 기기의 동작을 정지하는 동시에 첫번의 정지 레벨 판정에 의한 기기의 정지 동작을 억제하는 취소 스위치를 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기자동차의 보호 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 경고 수단은 운전자가 조작하는 조향 핸들을 진동시켜서 알리는 구동장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자동차의 보호 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
