Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 안정성을 지니는 액체 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트(MDI)의 제조 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
MDI에 포스포린 촉매 및 식(I) 또는 식(Ⅱ)의 아인산 에스테르를 첨가하고 반응을 수행하는 것을 포함하는 액체 MDI의 제조 방법이다.
상기 식에서, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6및 R7은 각각 같거나 다르며, C4-20알킬기이다.
본 발명에 따른 방법은 안정성을 지닌 액체 MDI를 생성할 수 있다. 액체 MDI는 장시간 저장시에도 거의 탈색하지 않는다. 본 발명은 취급이 간편한 폴리우레탄 원료물질을 상업적으로 제공할 수 있게 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트에 포스포린 촉매 및 하기 식(I) 또는 하기 식(Ⅱ)의 아인산 에스테르를 첨가하고 반응을 수행시키는 것으로 이루어지는 액체 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트의 제조 방법.
    상기 식에서, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6및 R7은 각각 같거나 다르며, C4-20알킬기이다.
