Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 전방 양측면에 설치되는 전동식 사이드미러의 경사각위치를 검출하는 메모리기능이 부여된 경사각 제어방법 및 그 장치에 대한 것으로, 전동미러조정장치내에 디지탈검출수단(3)을 구비하여 미러의 경사각 검출을 함에 있어서 디지탈센싱이 이루어지도옥 하여 외부잡음에 대한 보다 안정적인 회로구성이 이루어지도록 하고, 자동차내부에 탑재된 전자제어장치(ECU)내의 메모리장치(7)에 운전자의 체형별 또는 고속도로진입 및 주차시등 여러조건상의 후방시계조정각을 기억설정시킴으로서 운전자가 원할 때 즉각적으로 후방시계를 제공받을 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 키패드(10)에 구비된 키스위치(S1-S7)의 조작으로 프로세서(6)에 신호가 가해지면 프로세서(6)에서는 입력된 신호가 키스위치(S1-S7)의 조합신호인지를 판단하여 조합신호가 아니면 각 미러의 경사각이 직접 조절되도록 하는 한편, 조합신호이면 메모리 입출력신호를 확인하여 메모리 입력신호의 경우는 디지탈검출수단(3)을 통해 감지된 좌우측미러의 상하좌우 경사각을 순차적으로 메모리장치(7)에 저장하고, 메모리출력신호이면 메모리장치(7)에 기억된 자료중 해당위치데이타를 읽어들여서 이 위치데이타값과 현재 각 미러의 경사각도값을 비교하여 두값이 갈아질때까지 각 모터(8)를 구동시켜 미러의 후방시계조정각이 자동 변경조정되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 전동미러의 경사각 제어방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 거울면(1)과 연결 설치된 디지탈검출수단(3)에 의해 미러의 경사각을 디지탈센싱하여 보다 넓은 잡음여유를 갖도록 함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 전동미러의 경사각 제어방법.
  3. 거울면(1)과 2절링크(4)로 연결되어 거울면의 움직임에 따라 일정값의 정전용량을 출력하는 디지탈검출수단(3), 상기 디지탈검출수단(3)으로부터 출력되는 정전용량값을 해당주파수의 펄스로 바꾸어주는 펄스발생기(5), 상기 펄스발생기(5)로부터 입력된 펄스를 카운트하여 일정시간동안에 몇개의 펄스가 입력되었는지 연산처리하고 메모리장치(7)에서 읽어들인 위치데이타와 상기 펄스발생기(5)로부터 입력된 현재의 미러경사각을 비교 출력하는 프로세서(6), 상기 프로세서(6)에 연결되어 디지탈검출수단(3)에 의해 감지된 체형별 또는 고속도로진입 및 주차시등의 여러가지 조건상의 후방시계 조정각 데이타를 저장하는 메모리장치(7), 상기 프로세서(6)에서 출력된 디지탈신호(데이타)를 받아 이를 전기적신호로 바꾸어주는 모터구동회로(9), 상기 모터구동회로(9)의 전기신호를 받아 거울면(1)을 상,하,좌,우로 회동시켜주는 모터(8), 상기 프로세서(6)의 입력에 연결되며 다수개의 키스위치(S1-S7)로 구성된 키패드(10)를 구비하여 키패드(10)의 조작으로 거울면(1)의 경사각 조정이 자동으로 이루어지도록 함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 전동미러의 경사각 제어방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 메모리장치(7)를 구성하는 램소자(RAM)에 백업밧데리(BAT)와 스위칭다이오드(D1)(D2)로 구성되는 백업회로(MBC)를 설치하여 주전원(Vcc)의 차단시 백업밧데리(BAT)를 통한 최소전원이 공급되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 전동미러의 경사각 제어방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 외부잡음으로부터 안정적 회로를 구성하기 위한 디지탈검출수단(3)으로써 거울면(1)의 움직임에 따라 일정값의 정전용량을 출력하는 4개의 바리콘 위치센서를 이용함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 전동식 미러의 경사각 제어장치.
