Abstract
본 발명은 천연 착색 재료의 조제와 이의 이용에 관한 것이며, 특히 착색 재료로서 마이크로 홍조류에 관한 것이다. 조류로부터 색소를 만들고, 이와 같은 색소를 조류 몸체(세포)로부터 추출하고, 가용성의 착색 재료를 만드는 기술이 공지되어 있다. 이와 같은 이용의 한 예는 다양한 용도로 이용되는 두나리엘라 그리고 착색 재료와 같은 조류로부터 나오은 카로티노이드의 생산이다.
본 발명의 목적은 길 시간 주기 동안 안정성이 큰 착색 재료를 제공하는 데 있으며, 본 발명에 따른 착색 재료는 마이크로 홍조류에서 얻어진다.

Claims (20)
- 기본 착색 물질로서 건조한 분쇄된 마이크로 홍조류를 포함하는 비수용성 입자형 착색재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 50㎛ 또는 그 이하의 중간 입자 직경을 갖는 분말의 형태를 특징으로 하는 비수용성 입자형 착색재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 마이크로 홍조류가 포르피리디움 또는 로델라 속에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수용성 입자형 착색재료.
- 제2항에 분말을 필수적으로 구성하는 화장 조제품에 있어서, 선택적으로 압축된 형태로, 단독으로 또는 화장학적으로 수용할 수 있는 첨가제 및/또는 캐리어와 함께 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장 조제품.
- 제1항의 재료를 착색재로서 포함하는 화장 조제품.
- 제1항의 재료를 착색재로서 포함하는 음식물 조제품.
- 착색재료를 조제하기 위한 한 프로세스가 본 발명에 포함되며, 이 프로세스는 생물량을 만들기 위해 마이크로 홍조류를 배양한 후 편리한 순서로 다음의 단계들을 수행한다; a)조류 몸체로부터 바람직하지 않은 추출 가능한 재료들을 추출한 후, 이것들을 그 조류 몸체에서 제거하고; b)물을 조류 몸체로 부터 제거하며; c)마이크로 홍조류를, 바람직하게는 50μ또는 그 이하의 입자 크기로 분쇄한다.
- 제7항에 있어서, 물의 제거가 냉동-건조에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로세스.
- 제7항에 있어서, 건조된 조류가 클로로필과 카로티노이드 같은 원하지 않던 색소와 불순물을 제거하기 위해, 휘발성 유기 용매로 분쇄하기 전에 추출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로세스.
- 제9항에 있어서, 유기 용매가 아세톤인 것을 특징으로 하는 프로세스.
- 제7항에 있어서, 물의 제거가 용매의 증발 후 극성 용매로 젖은 조류를 추출하므로써 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로세스.
- 제11항에 있어서, 이 용매가 아세톤, 알콜 그리고 이소프로판올에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로세스.
- 바라던 색을 가지는 착색재료를 조제하기 위한 프로세스, 이 프로세스는 a)마이크로 홍조류를 선택하며; b)피코빌리프로틴의 내용물을 증가시키거나 또는 감소시키는데 알맞은 조건 하에 상기 마이크로 조류를 성장시키고; c)원하던 색을 가지는 분말을 얻기 위해, 조류를 거둬들여 건조하고 분쇄하는 과정을 포함한다.
- 제13항에 있어서, 수확 후 생물량의 pH를 낮추기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로세스.
- 제14항에 있어서, 산을 참가하므로써 pH를 낮아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로세스.
- 제15항에 있어서, 이 산이 HCI 또는 H3PO4인 것을 특징으로 하는 프로세스.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에서 착색재료의 안정성을 증가시키는 방법에 있어서, 산으로 생(raw)재료인 조류를 처리하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에서 착색재료의 색 강도를 개선시키는 방법에 있어서, 산으로 생 재료인 조류를 처리하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3한 중 어느 한 항에 따른 재료를 착색재료로서 포함하는 착색된 제품.
- 제7항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항의 프로세스에 의해 언제라도 조제될 수 있는 착색재료.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
