변압으로 필라멘트 밝기를 조정하는 미등겸 정지등
제1도는 변압으로 필라멘트 밝기를 조정하는 미등겸 정지등의 회로도.
* 도면의 주요부분에 대한 부호의 설명
1 : 프러스(+) 전기배선 2 : 미등스위치
3 : 다운트랜스 4 : 정지등스위치
5 : 미등겸정지등 6 : 어스(-)전기배선
본 고안은 변압을 이용 필라멘트 밝기를 조정하는 미등겸 정지등으로서 종전의 자동차 미등과 정지등은 필라멘트 2개를 사용하고 있어 야간운행시에는 미등과 정지등의 필라멘트가 같이 빛을 내기 때문에 과열로 인하여 수명이 짧고 정지등의 필라멘트가 끊어지면 미등 필라멘트에 붙는 사례가 있어 고장의 원인이 되고 정지등의 필라멘트가 끊어졌는지 혼자 점검을 할 수 없고 또 배선도 2개씩을 연결하는 것은 물론 전구 끼우는 것도 깊고 얇은 꼭지를 찾아 끼워야 하는등 불편한 것에 착안하여 고안한 것으로 도면과 함께 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도면과 같이 밧데리에서 나온 (1)프러스(+) 전기배선은 (2)이등스위치가 작동하면 전류가 통과하여 F(앞)쪽에는 정상적인 전류가 흐르고 R(뒤)쪽으로 가는 (1)프러스(+) 전기배선에(3)다운트렌스를 설치하여 전압을 반으로 떨어뜨리면 (5)미등겸정지의 필라멘트가 약간 전압으로 인하여 빛의 밝기가 약 1/3로 흐려져 (5)미등(차폭등)의 역활을 하게되고 정지를 할때면 (1)프러스(+) 전류가(4)정지등 스위치의 작동으로 (3)다운트랜스에서 나온 약한 전류는 차단함과 동시 정상적인 전류가 (5)미등겸정지등까지 흘러 필라멘트가 밝은 빛을 내기 때문에 뒤따르는 차량에 정지의사를 알릴수 있는 실용적인 것이다.

  1. 프러스(+) 전기배선을 타고 흐른 전류가(2)미등스위치 작동으로 전류가 통과 F(앞)쪽에는 정상적인 전류가 흐르게하고 R(뒤)쪽으로 가는(1) 프러스(+) 전기배선에 (3)다운트랜스를 설치하여 전압을 반으로 떨어뜨려 (5)미등겸 정지등의 필라멘트 빛을 흐리게 하여 미등(차폭등)으로 사용하고 정지할때 (4)정지등 스위치의 작동으로(3)다운트랜스에서 나온 약한 전류를 차단함과 동시 정상적인 전류가 흘러(5)미등겸정지등의 필라멘트 빛을 밝게하여 정지등으로 사용하는것(전구속에 하나의 필라멘트로 미등은 약한 전압으로 빛이 흐르게하고 정지등은 정상전류가 흘러 밝은 빛을 내도록한것)을 특징으로 한 변압으로 필라멘트 밝기를 조정하는 미등겸정지등.
