Abstract

본 발명은 건축물의 옥상방수층을 효과적으로 보호하여 주면서도 공기를 단축시켜 주는 옥상난간방수층 보호구조에 관한 것으로, 하단부는 옥상 슬라브와 일체로 타설되며 그 상단부에 내측으로 돌출된 측벽부를 형성하는 옥상난간벽과, 상기 옥상난간벽의 내측면에 빗물 등이 침투되는 것을 방지하도록 소정의 두께를 가지며 이레로 형성되는 방수층과, 상기 방수층의 내측을 따라 소정의 간격을 유지하면서 하단부는 상기 옥상슬라브의 상단에서부터 그 상단부는 상기 측벽부의 하단까지 조적조로 조적되어 방수층을 보호하는 보호벽으로 구성되는 것에 있어서, 상기 보호벽이 소정의 두께를 가지며 가로 세로의 길이가 소정의 규격에 맞추어 제작된 기성보호 판체로 형성되어 끼워맞쳐 고정시켜서 방수층을 외기온도의 변화, 직사일광, 풍우등으로부터 보호함을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 하단부는 옥상슬라브와 일체로 타설되며 그 상단부에 내측으로 돌출된 측벽부를 형성하는 옥상난간벽과, 상기 옥상난간벽의 내측면에 빗물 등이 침투되는 것을 방지하도록 소정의 두께를 가지며 일체로 형성되는 방수층과, 상기 방수층의 내측을 따라 소정의 간격을 유지하면서 하단부는 상기 옥상슬라브의 상단부에서부터 그 상단부는 상기 측벽부의 하단까지 조적조로 조적되어 방수층을 보호하는 보호벽으로 구성되는 것에 있어서, 상기 보호벽이 소정의 두께를 가지며 가로 세로의 길이가 소정의 규격에 맞추어 제작된 기성보호판체로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 옥상난간방수층 보호구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기성보호판체는 하니캄보오드(Honeycomb board)의 양면에 밤라이트가 부착된 것을 사용하여 방수층을 보호함을 특징으로 하는 옥상난간방수층 보호구조.
