Abstract
본 발명은 펜던트 1급, 2급, 3급 아민기를 가지고 분자량이 1000보다 큰 중합체성 아민 화합물인 개질제를 셀룰로스 용액에 첨가하고 상기 용액으로부터 섬유를 방사해내거나, 개질제를 비스코스 용액에 첨가하고 비스코스 방사 공정을 통해 섬유를 방사하여 제조된 개질된 셀룰로스 섬유에 관한 것이다.

Claims (11)
- 펜던트 1급, 2급, 3급 아민기를 가지고 분자량이 1000보다 큰 중합체성 아민 화합물인 개질제를 셀룰로스 용액에 첨가하고 상기 용액으로부터 섬유를 방사해내거나, 또는 개질제를 비스코스 용액에 첨가하고 비스코스 방사 공정을 통해 섬유를 방사하여 제조한 개질된 셀룰로스 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체성 아민 화합물의 분자량이 20,000 보다 크고, 바람직하게는 50,000 보다 큰 개질된 셀룰로스 섬유.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중합체성 아민 화합물이 하기 일반식(1), (2) 또는 (3)의 단량체 단위 또는 그 조합을 포함하는 개질된 셀룰로스 섬유 :상기식에서, R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이하고 각각 수소, C1-C4알킬, 비치환된 페닐이거나 3개 이하의 C1-C4알콕시 또는 할로겐, 바람직하게는 불소, 염소 및 브롬으로 치환된 페닐이고; R3는 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸이고; R4는 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸이고; m이 1 내지 4이고; o는 0 내지 4이다.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이하고 각각 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸이며, m이 1 또는 2이고; o가 0 내지 2인 개질된 셀룰로스 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체성 아민 화합물이 폴리비닐아민인 개질된 셀룰로스 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 방사 도프의 셀룰로스 함량을 기준으로 차단된 개질제의 양이 0.1 내지 약 10중량%이고, 바람직하게는 0.3 내지 3중량%인 개질된 셀룰로스 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비스코스 방사 공정에 의해 방사한 개질된 셀룰로스 섬유.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구리공정 또는 라이오셀(lyocell) 공정에 의해 방사한 개질된 셀룰로스 섬유.
- 추가의 전해질 염 및 알칼리를 함유하지 않은 염료 용액으로 염색하고 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 개질된 셀룰로스 섬유 물질을 사용함을 포함하는, 수용성 직물 염료로 섬유를 염색하고 날염하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 염료가 섬유-반응성 그룹을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 개질된 셀룰로스 섬유의 얀(yarn), 직물 또는 편물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
