Abstract
본 발명은 하기 일반식(1a), (1b), (1c), (1d) 또는 (1e)의 아민인 개질제를 셀룰로즈 용액에 첨가하고 이용액으로부터 섬유를 방사하거나, 또는 상기 개질제를 알칼리성 셀룰로즈 용액 또는 물질에 첨가하고, 크산트화시키고 비스코스 방사 방법에 의해서 섬유를 방사시킴으로서 제조된 개질된 레이온에 관한 것이다 :
이러한 방법으로 형성된 개질된 레이온은 전해질 염 또는 알칼리를 첨가하지 않고 반응성 염료를 사용하여 염색시킬 수 있고 통상적인 비스코스 염료보다 훨씬 큰 친화성을 갖는다.

Claims (7)
- 하기 일반식(1a), (1b), (1c), (1d) 또는 (1e)의 아민이거나, 또는 2-옥소-1, 3-옥사졸리딘, 4-아미노메틸-2-옥소-1, 3-옥사졸리딘, 5-아미노메틸-2-옥소-1, 3-옥사졸리딘, 4-(트리메틸암모니오메틸)-2-옥소-1, 3-옥사졸리딘 클로라이드, 5-(트리메틸암모니오메틸)-2-옥소-1, 3-옥사졸리딘 클로라이드 또는 1-(트리메틸암모니오메틸)에틸렌카보네이트 클로라이드인 개질제를 셀룰로즈 용액에 첨가하고 이용액으로부터 섬유를 방사하거나, 또는 상기 개질제를알칼리성 셀룰로즈 용액 또는 물질에 첨가하고, 크산트화시키고 비스코스 방사 방법에 의해서 섬유를 방사시킴으로써 제조된, 개질괸 레이온 :상기식에서, Z는 수소, 1 또는 2개의 OH 그룹에 의해서 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 C1-4알킬, 또는 알킬렌-(ER)-m이고; ER은 에스테르 그룹이고; A는 산소원자 또는 하기 일반식 (a),(b) 또는 (c)의 그룹이고; B는 구조식 H2N-의 아미노 그룹 또는 하기 일반식 (d) 또는 (e)의 아미노 또는 암모늄 그룹이고; A 및 N은 1 내지 4개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬렌 그룹 1 또는 2개와 함께 헤테로사이클릭 환의 라디칼을 형성하고;R은 수소 원자 또는 아미노 그룹이거나, 또는 아미노, 설포, 하이드록실, 설페이토, 포스페이토 및 카복실로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 1 또는 2개의 치환체로 치환될 수 있는 C1-6알킬 그룹이거나, 또는 -O-및 -NH- 그룹으로부터 선택된 1 또는 2개의 헤테로 그룹에 의해서 차단되고 아미노, 설포, 하이드록실, 설페이토 또는 카복실 그룹으로 치환될 수 있는 C3-8알킬 그룹이고; R1은 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸이고; R2는 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸이고; R3은 메틸 또는 에틸이고; R4는 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸이고; Z(-)는 음이온이고; p는 1또는 2이고; 알킬렌은 1 또는 2개의 하이드록실 그룹에 의해서 치환될 수 있는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 C2-6알킬렌라디칼이거나, 또는 -O- 및 -NH-그룹으로부터 선택된 1 또는 2개의 헤테로 그룹에 의해서 차단된 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 C3-8알칼렌 라디칼이고; 알크는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 C2-6알킬렌 라디칼이거나, 또는 -O- 및 -NH-그룹으로부터 선택된 1 또는 2개의 헤테로 그룹에 의해서 차단된 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 C3-8알칼렌 라디칼이고; m은 1 또는 2이고; n은 1 내지 4이고; 아미노, 하이드록실 및 에스테르 그룹은 알킬렌 라디칼의 1급, 2급 또는 3급 탄소원자에 결합될 수 있다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아민이 N-(β-설페이토에틸)피페라진, N-[β-β′-설페이토에톡시)에틸]피페라진, N-(r-설페이토-β-하이드록시프로필)피페리딘, N-(r-설페이토-β-하이드록시프로필)-피롤리딘, N-β-설페이토에틸피페리딘, 2-설페이토-3-하이드록시-1-아미노프로판, 3-설페이토-2-하이드록시-1-아미노프로판, 1-설페이토-3-하이드록시-2-아미노프로판, 3-하이드록시-1-설페이토-2-아미노프로판, 2,3-디설페이토-1-아미노프로판 또는 1,3-디설페이토-2-아미노프로판, N-(2-설페이토에틸)피페라진 설페이트, 글리시딜트리메틸암모늄 클로라이드, 아지리딘, N-하이드록시-에틸아지리딘 또는 옥사졸리디논인 개질된 레이온.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아민이 3-클로로-2-하이드록시프로필 라디칼을 갖는 개질된 레이온.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 아민이 알칼리성 셀룰로즈 물질의 셀룰로즈 함량을 기준으로, 1 내지 20중량%, 바람직하게는 1 내지 8중량%의 양으로 첨가된 개질된 레이온.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 재생된 셀룰로즈 섬유를 비스코스 방사방법에 의해서 방사한 개질된 레이온.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 개질된 레이온 물질을 직조되거나 편직된 패브릭으로 가공하고 상기 패브릭을 추가적인 염 또는 알칼리를 사용하지 않고 하나이상의 음이온성 텍스타일 염료로 염색시키거나 날염시킴을 포함하는, 염색되거나 날염된 텍스타일 물질의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 개질된 레이온 물질을 잉크분사 방법에 의해서 날염하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
