Abstract

직경이 0.018 내지 0.102cm(0.007 내지 0.040 in)인 구상 입자는 육안으로 관창가능한 한계 미만의 다공성을 갖는 제품으로서 가열 모울드면 상에서 캐스팅시키고, 용유시켜 표시 두께가 0.102cm(0.040 in)인 재료의 박층을 형성하고, 냉각시키고 모울드면으로부터 제거하기에 적합한 용융 압출시킨 열가소성 재료로부터 제조한다. 이 방법은 열가소성 수지, 가소제(필요시) 및 블렌드의 5 중량% 미만으로 구성된 안료 첨가제를 블렌딩하고, 용융 압출시켜서 형성된 미소구를 평활한 구상 입자의 형상으로 제공하는 단계; 가열 캐스팅 표면을 제공하고 가열 캐스팅 표면에 대해 상기 미소구의 소정량의 충전물을 분배하는 단계; 미소구를 다공도가 0.008cm(0.003 in)미만인 열가소성 재료의 층으로 용융시킨 후, 비다공성 층을 냉각시키고 캐스팅 표면으로부터 제거하는 단계로 이루어지며, 이 방법의 한 실시 태양에서는 미소구를 가공물과 실질적으로 동일한 중량을 갖는 상기 미소구로 이루어진 고정량의 충전물로서 제공하는 단계; 미소구를 미소구가 박층으로 용융 유동되는 가열 모울드 상으로 원심적으로 캐스팅시키고, 냉각시키고 모울드로부터 제거하는 단계로 이루어지며, 이 방법의 또 다른 실시태양에서는 미소구를 가공물의 중량보다 큰 중량으로 제공하고, 미소구를 박층으로 용융 유동시킴으로서 가열 모울드면에 대한 미소구 재료의 정지 압력을 유지하기 위하여 가열 모울드면에 넣는 것으로 이루어진다.

Claims (16)

  1. 블렌드의 5중량%미만을 구성하는 안료 첨가제와 블렌딩된 열가소성 수지로 우리어지고, 구상이며, 외경이 0.018 내지 0.102cm(0.007 내지 0.040 in)범위이고, 80배 이하의 배율에서 평활 외면으로 보이는 열가소성 미소구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 순수 폴리비닐 클로라이드(PVC) 및 PVC의 알로이로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 PVC 재료인 열가소성 미소구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 우레탄 재료인 열가소성 미소구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 폴리우레판, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리스티렌, 에폭시 또는 폴리우레탄, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸린, 폴리스티렌 또는 에폭시의 알로이로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 열가소성 미소구.
  5. 블렌드의 5중량%미만을 구성하는 안료 첨가제와 블렌딩된 열가소성 수지 및 가소제로 이루어지고, 80배의 배율에서 평활 외면으로 보이며, 외경이 0.018 내지 0.102cm(0.007 내지 0.040 in)범위인 미소구로 된 재료의 충전물 소정량을 제공하는 단계; 가열된 모울드를 제공하는 단계; 상기 미소구 충전물을 상기 가열된 모울드에 넣는 단계; 재료를 용융 유동시켜 상기 가열된 모울드 표면에 부합하는 형상으로 만든 후, 성형부를 냉각시키고, 모울드로부터 제거하는 단계로 이루어진 박층 플라스틱 쉘(shell)의 제조 방법.
  6. 블렌드의 5중량%미만을 구성하는 안료 첨가제와 블렌딩된 열가소성 수지및 가소제로 이루어지고, 80배의 배율에서 평활 외면으로 보이며, 외경이 0.018 내지 0.102cm(0.007 내지 0.040 in)범위인 미소구로 된 재료의 충전물 소정량을 제공하는 단계; 원심 분리형 모울드를 제공하는 단계; 미소구 충전물을 모울드로부터 제거될 가공물의 중량에 해당하는 양으로 상기 원심 분리형 모울드에 넣는 단계; 및 재료를 원심적으로 용융 유동시켜 가열 모울드 표면에 부합하는 형상으로 만든 후, 원심적으로 성형된 부분을 냉각시키고 모울드로부터 제거하는 단계로 이루어진 박층 플라스틱 쉘의 제조 방법.
  7. 블렌드의 5중량%미만을 구성하는 안료 첨가제와 블렌딩된 열가소성 수지로 이루어지고, 80배의 배율에서 평활 외면으로 보이며, 외경이 0.018 내지 0.051cm(0.007 내지 0.020 in)범위인 미소구로 이루어진 재료 충전물을 성형될 부분의 중량보다 큰 소정량으로 제공하는 단계; 가열된 모울드를 제공하는 단계; 상기 미소구 충전물을 분말 상자에 넣는 단계; 분말 상자를 가열된 모울드에 연결하는 단계; 분말 상자를 회전하는 모울드를 모울드 캐비티(cavity)의 가열된 캐스팅 표면에 안착된 재료 상에 정지 헤드(static head)를 부과하는 재료의 충전물을 채우는 단계; 가열 캐스팅 표면을 가로질러 재료를 유동시켜 가열 캐스팅표면에 부합되는 형상으로 만드는 단계; 과량의 제거하는 단계; 및 가공부를 냉각시키고 모울드로부터 제거하는 단계로 이루어진 박층 플라스틱 쉘의 제조방법.
  8. 0.018 내지 0.102cm(0.007 내지 0.040 in)범위의 평활하고 균일한 직경을 갖는 미소구로 된 재료의 충전물을 분말 상자 중에서 캐스팅시킬 부분의 중량 보다 큰 소정양으로 제공하는 단계; 가열 모울드를 제공하는 단계; 상기 미소구 충전물을 분말 상자에 넣는 단계; 분말 상자를 가열 모울드에 연결하는 단계; 분말 상자를 회전시켜 모울드를 모울드 캐비티의 가열 캐스팅 표면에 안착된 재료 상에 정지 헤드를 부과하는 재료의 충전물로 채우는 단계; 가열 캐스팅 표면을 가로질러 재료 상에 정지 헤드를 부과하는 재료의 충전물로 채우 단계; 가열 캐스팅 표면을 가로질러 재료를 유동시켜 가열 캐스팅 표면에 부합된 형상으로 만드는 단계; 과량의 재료를 제거하는 단계 ; 및 가동부를 냉각시키고 모울드로부터 제거하는 단계로, 분말 상자중에서 캐스팅시킬 부분의 박층 쉘을 가공하는 단계로 이루어진 박층 플라스틱 쉘의 제조 방법.
  9. 열가소성 우레탄(TPU) 재료를 압출시키는 단계, TPU를 프레이크(flake)로 플레이킹하는 단계; 인료, 가소제 및 산화 방지제와 같은 다른 첨가제를 플레이크에 가하는 단계; 생성된 혼합물을 용융시키고 이를 오리피스를 통하여 액조로 이송시켜 용융재료를 0.018 내지 0.102cm(0.007 내지 0.040 in)범위의 균일 외경을 갖는 미소구로 형성시키는 단계로 이루어진 열가소성 미소구의 제조방법.
  10. 안료를 50 내지 55중량%로 함유하는 열가소성 수지를 혼합하는 단계; 생성된 혼합물을 용융시키고, 이를 오리피스를 통하여 액조로 이송시켜 용융된 재료를 0.018 내지 0.102cm(0.007 내지 0.040 in)범위의 균일 외경을 갖는 미소구로 형성시키는 단계로 이루어진 열가소성 제조 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 폴리비닐 클로라이드 재료인 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 열가소성 재료가 우레탄인 방법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 열가소성 재료 출발 물질이 폴리우레탄, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리스티렌, 에폭시, 또는 상기 재료의 알로이로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물을 0.018 내지 0.102cm(0.007 내지 0.040 in)범위의 직격을 갖는 압출 다이을 통하여 용융 압출시키고, 용융 재료로서 압출 스트림을 순환수 조절조로 이송시키며 절단하여 외경이 0.018 내지 0.102cm(0.007 내지 0.040 in) 범위인 미소구를 형성하는 방법.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 열가소성 재료가 2000 내지 150,000 범위의 분자량을 갖는 방법.
  16. 제10항에 있어서, 열가소성 재료가 PVC, TPU, 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌의 미분쇄 알로이인 방법.
