Claims (23)
- 압출 성형된 제품을 형성하는 방법에 있어서, 첫번째 단계로, 압출성형 가능한 재료가 비교적 비유동성이고 부분적으로 용융된 상태에서 유동성이 되는 것을 방지할 수 있을만큼 비교적 저밀도를 갖는 자체-지속성인 물질 형태로 있는 지점인, 적어도 그 물질의 용융 온도까지 상기 재료를 혼합함과 동시에 가열하고, 두번째 단계로, 상기 물질로부터 갖혀있는 공기를 제거하고, 밀집화시키고 압축시켜서 유동성 형태가 되도록 상기 물질을 전환시키기 위하여 고정된 단단한 표면과 이동하는 단단한 표면사이로 상기 물질을 공급함으로써 압출 성형될, 압출성형 가능한 재료를 제공한후, 밀집되고 압축되어 유동성이 있는 생성물을 압출성형하는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용융된 수지 이형품을 형성하기 위한 방법인 바, 여기에서, 상기 첫번째 단계는 상기의 재료가 상기의 비유동성 품질 형태로 될때까지 수행되는 고강도의 혼합단계에 수지의 원료를 적용시키고, 액체가 유동성이 되도록 할만큼 충분히 높지는 않으나 적어도 그 수지의 용융 온도까지는 가열된 거대부피의 수지품질을 형성하는 과정으로 구성되고, 상기 두번째 단계는, 상기의 거대 부피 수지재료를 상기의 고정된 단단한 표면과 상기의 이동하는 단단한 표면사이로 통과시킴으로써 용융된 수지물질로 밀접시키는 과정으로 구성되며, 상기의 압출성형하는 단계는 이형품틀을 통해서 직접적으로 압출성형된 이형품 형태를 형성하도록 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폐물 피막형성 열가소성 재료를 실질적으로 폐물 재료로 유도되기 전의 미사용 재료와 같은 압출성형특성을 지니는 천연의 열가소성재료로 재가공하는 방법인바, 여기에서 상기의 압출성형될, 압출성형가능 재료가 폐물 재료이고, 상기의 폐물재료이고 상기의 폐물재료는 상기의 첫번째 단계에서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어서 두개의 열가소성 수지재료의 분리뒨 공급 스트림을 각각 혼합하고 가열한후, 고정된 단단한 표면과 이동하는 단단한 표면 사이로 각 스트림을 개별적으로 공급하도록 각 스트림을 위한 분리된 유동통로를 제공하고, 공통퇸 유동통로로 유동방향을 바꾸어서 단일층의 재료로 결합시킨후, 동시 압출성형품을 형성하는 단일 압출성형품으로서 결합된 층을 압출성형 시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 벽면과 같은 이형품 형태로 형성하기 위한 방법인 바, 상기의 방법은 상기의 압출성형된 형태를 냉각시키는 과정을 더욱 포함하고, 상기의 이형품 틀은 길고 연속적인 재료로 된 상기의 이형품 형태를 형성하기 위한 모양을 하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 마스터 배치 재료를 형성하기 위한 방법인 바, 여기에서 상기의 첫번째 단계에서 사용된 재료는 마스터 배치 첨가제를 함유하는 수지 재료 혼합물이고, 상기 두번재 단계로부터 그 재료는 증가된 특성을 갖는 마스터 배치 재료를 형성하도록 압출성형됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 파형 튜브를 형성하기 위한 방법인 바, 이 방법은 압출성형된 튜브 형태를 형성하는 튜브틀을 통해서 직접적으로 용융된 재료를 압출성형시키는 과정과 상기의 압출성형된 튜브형태를 파형튜브 제품으로 형성시키기 위하여 물-냉각 파형기내에서 냉각시키는 과정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기의 유동성 제품을 압출성형시키는 단계는 상기의 제품을 볼로운 튜브로서 압출성형시키는 과정으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기의 재료는 공중합체 또는 단일-중합체의 형태인 폴리올레핀으로 구성되고, 상기의 마스터 배치 첨가제는 상기의 재료를 혼합하고 가열하는 단계 이전에 상기 재료와 병합시키며, 그 방법은 마스터 배치 펠렛을 형성하도록 압출성형된 재료를 펠렛화시키는 단계를 더욱 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압출성형된 제품을 펠렛화시키고, 펠렛화된 재료를 볼로운 튜브 제조과정으로 공급하며, 적어도 일부분의 공급재료는 불로운 튜브 제조과정을 위해 이용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 고속에서 압출성형된 제품을 형성하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 재료가 비유동성이고 자체 지속성인 형태이며 용융된 상태에서 그 물질이 유동성이 되는 것을 방지할 만큼 낮은 밀도를 갖는 지점인 적어도 그 물질의 용융온도까지, 압출형성시킬 재료를 혼합과 동시에 가열하는 혼합 및 가열 복합수단, 상기 물질을 유동성 형태로 밀집시키고 압출시키는데 사용되는 고정된 단단한 표면과 이동하는 단단한 표면으로 구성되는 압축수단 및, 제한된 입구를 통해 밀집시키고 압축시켜 합성한 유동성 제품을 압출성형시키는 수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기의 혼합 및 가열 수단은 “드레이즈워크”형태의 고강도 혼합기로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기의 압축 수단은 한쌍의 맞풀리는 회전기어를 포함하는 기어펌프로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기의 기어는 각을 이루고 있는 기어이고, 그 기어는 장입된 재료를 기어와 평평한 표면사이에서 유동성 형태로 밀집되고 압축된 상기의 물질을 형성하도록 압축시키는데 사용되며, 상기의 장치는 상기의 기어와 평평한 표면사이를 통과한 유동성물질을 배출시키기 위한 배출수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항의 방법에 의하여 제조된 압출성형품.
- 제2항의 방법에 의하여 제조된 이형틀 형태를 지니는 압출성형품.
- 제3항의 방법에 의하여 제조된 재가공 압출성형품.
- 제4항의 방법에 의하여 제조된 동시-압출성형품.
- 제5항의 방법에 의하여 제제된 벽면.
- 제6항의 방법에 의하여 제조된 마스터 배치.
- 제7항의 방법에 의하여 제조된 파형 튜브.
- 제8항의 방법에 의하여 제조된 블로운 튜브.
