Abstract
본 발명은 폴리하이드록시 방향족 화합물(A)과 알킬렌 화합물(B)을 1:5 내지 1:0몰 비의 옥살산과 붕산의 혼합물(C)을 가하면서 승온에서 반응시킴에 의해 알킬화되고 아르알킬화된 폴리하이드록시 방향족 화합물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (11)
- 폴리하이드록시 방향족 화합물(A)과 알킬렌 화합물(B)을 1:5 내지 1:0몰 비의 옥살산과 붕산의 화합물(C)을 가하면서 승온에서 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 알킬화되고 아르알킬화된 폴리하이드록시 방향족 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 용융(벌크 공정)으로 수행하는 알킬화되고 아르알킬화된 폴리하이드록시 방향족 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 불활성, 고-비등 용매에서 수행하는 알킬화되고 아르알킬화된 폴리하이드록시 방향족 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 80 내지 180℃에서 수행하는 알킬화되고 아르알킬화된 폴리하이드록시 방향족 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)로서 디하이드록시 및 트리하이드록시 방향족 화합물을 각각의 경우에서 개별적으로 또는 혼합물로 사용하는 알킬화되고 아르알킬화된 폴리하이드록시 방향족 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)로서 비스페놀 A, 비스페놀 F, 하이드로퀴논, 레조르시놀 및 디하이드록시나프탈렌으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 디하이드록시 방향족 화합물을 사용하는 알킬화되고 아르알킬화된 폴리하이드록시 방향족 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)로서 알케닐방향족 화합물, 디올레핀 또는 이들 화합물의 혼합물을 사용하는 알킬화되고 아르알킬화된 폴리하이드록시 방향족 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)로서 스티렌 또는 비닐톨루엔을 사용하는 알킬화되고 아르알킬화된 폴리하이드록시 방향족 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(C)로서 옥살산과 붕산의 혼합물을 출발 물질의 질량을 기준으로 하여 0.5 내지 10%의 양으로 사용하는 알킬화되고 아르알킬화된 폴리하이드록시 방향족 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 따른 방법에 의해 수득될 수 있는 알킬화되고 아르알킬화된 폴리하이드록시 방향족 화합물.
- 폴리에스테르, 폴리카보네이트, 에폭시 수지 및 방향족 폴리에테르로부터 선택된 중합체의 축합용 출발물질로서의 제10항에 따른 알킬화되고 아르알킬화된 폴리하이드록시 방향족 화합물의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
