Abstract
본 발명은 155℃미만의 융점, 5중량% 미만의 크실렌 용해 단편 및 3미만의 분자량 분포를 가지는 프로필렌 단일 중합체에 관한 것이다.

Claims (9)
155℃미만의 융점, 5중량% 미만의 크실렌 용해 단편 및 3미만의 분자량 분포를 가지는 프로필렌 단일 중합체.
제1항에 있어서, 융점이 150℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 단일 중합체.
제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 2중량%의 크실렌 용해 단편을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 단일 중합체.
제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 활성 성분으로서 주기율표의 IV족 및 V족 금속의 금속 복합체 및 산화 알루미늄 올리고머 화합물을 포함하는 촉매 시스템의 존재하에서, 1 내지 300 bar의 압력 및 1 내지 300℃의 온도에서 프로필렌을 중합하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 단일 중합체.
제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 7 내지 70 bar의 압력 및 30 내지 170℃의 온도에서 프로필렌을 중합하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 단일 중합체.
제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 금속 복합체가 주기율표의 IV족 및 V족 금속의 금속 복합체로서 사용되며, 산화알루미늄 올리고머 화합물로서 일반식(II)의 개방 사슬 또는 고리 알루모옥산 화합물이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로필렌 단일 중합체.
[상기식에서, M이 티타늄, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 바나듐, 니오븀 또는 탄탈이고, X가 불소, 염소, 브톰, 요오드, 수소, C1-C10-알킬, C6-C15-아릴, -OR5이고, R5가 C1-C10-알킬, C6-C15-아릴, 각각 알킬기에 1 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 가지고 아릴기에 6 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 알킬아릴, 아릴알킬, 플루오로알킬 또는 플루오로아릴이고, R5내지 R4및 R6내지 R9가 각각 수소, C1-C10의 알킬, 계속하여 치환체로서 C1-C10-알킬 라디칼을 수반하는 5원 내지 7원 시클로알킬, 두개의 인접한 라디칼이 함께 포화고리 또는 4 내지 15개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 부분적으로 포화 또는 불포화고리를 형성하는 C6-C15-아릴 또는 아릴아킬, 또는 Si(R10)3이고, R10이 C1-C10-알킬, C6-C15-아릴 또는 C3-C10-시클로알킬이고,
Z가 실리콘, 게르마늄, 주석 또는 탄소이며, R11, R12, R13, R14는 각각 수소, C1-C10의 알킬, 두개의 인접한 라디칼이 함께 포화고리 또는 4내지 15개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 부분적으로 포화 또는 불포화고리를 형성하는 C6-C15-아릴이다.)

제4항에 따른 공정 조건 하에서, 프로필렌 단일 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
섬유, 필름 및 몰딩을 제조하기 위하여, 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 프로필렌 단일 중합체를 사용하는 방법.
필수 성분으로서 제1 내지 6항에 따른 프로필렌 단일 중합체로부터 얻을 수 있는 섬유, 필름 및 몰딩.
