Abstract

2개의 브리지된 플루오레닐 리간드를 갖는 메탈로센 화합물을 기초로하는 촉매의 존재하에서 중합 반응을 수행함으로서, 에틸렌 유닛으로 변형된 프로필렌의 무정형 공중합체를 고수율로 제조한다. 이러한 공중합체는 0℃이하의 우수한 유리 전이 온도(Tg)를 갖는데, 이는 상기 공중합체로부터 제조되는 생성물을 저온에서 사용하는 것을 가능케 한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 에틸렌으로부터 유래된 유닛의 함량이 1~35몰%이며, 중합체 사슬내 CH2기 중 2% 이하가 n이 짝수인 (CH2)n서열내 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에티렌 프로필렌의 무정형 공중합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 신디오택틱 2개조(r)가 이소택틱 2개조(m)보다 다수임을 특징으로 하는 공중합체.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공중합체 중 에티렌 함량의 몰% (%E) 및 PEP/(PEP+PEE+EEE)비율이, 다음의 관계를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 공중합체:
    0.012%E+PEP/(PEP+PEE+EEE)≥1
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.7 이하의 클러스터 인덱스 C.I. (E)값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공중합체.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.5dl/g이상의 고유 점성도 값(I. V.)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공중합체.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 4 이하의 Mw/Mn비율 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 공중합체.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한항에 정의된 프로필렌의 공중합체 제조방법으로서, 아래에 기재된(A) 및 (B) 사이의 반응 생성물로 구성되는 촉매의 존재하에서 에틸렌 및 프로필렌 혼합물의 중합 반응으로 이루어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법:
    식 중,동일하거나 또는 서로 다를 수 있는 치환제 R1은, 수소원자,C1~C20알킬 라디칼, C3~C20시클로알킬 라디칼, C2~C20알케닐 라디칼, C6~C20아릴 라디칼, C7~C20알크아릴 라디칼 또는 C7~C20아르알킬 라디칼이며, 2개의 인접한 치환제 R1은 5~8개의 탄소 원자로 이루어진 고리를 형성할 수 있고, 더군다나 치환제 R1은 규소(Si)또는 게르마늄(Ge)원자를 포함할 수 있고; 브리징기(bridging group)인 R2는 >CR1 2, >SiR1 2, >GeR1 2, >NR1또는 >PR1중에서 선택되는데, 식중,R1은 상술한 바와같이 정의되며, R2가 >CR1 2, >SiR1 2, >GeR1 2, 일때에 2개의 치환제 R1은 3~8개의 원자로 이루어진 고리를 형성할 수 있고; M은 원소주기율표(IUPAC 신판)내의 3족,4족, 5족에 속하거나, 또는 란탄족 혹은 악티늄족에 속하는 언소 중에서 선택되는 전이 금속 원소이고;동일하거나 또는 서로 다를 수 있는 치환체 X는 할로겐원자, -OH, -SH, R1, -OR1, -SR1, -NR1 2또는 -PR1 2이며, 여기서 R1은 상술한 바와 같이 정의되며; 또는 동일하거나 또는 서로 다를 수있는 치환제 R4가 R5또는 할로인,식 AlR4 3또는 Al2R4 6로 표시되는 알루미늄의 유기금속 화합물과의 반응생성물, (B) 알루미녹산,또는 동일하거나 또는 서로 다를 수 있는 치환체 R4가 상기아 같이 정의된 식 AlR4 3또는 Al2R4 6로 표시되는 알루미늄의 유기금속 화합물 혹은 양이온성 알킬 메탈로센을 형성할 수 있는 하나 이상의 화합물과 알루미녹산.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 식(I)로 표시되는 메탈로센 화합물내 치환제 R1이 수소원자, R2기가 >Si(CH3)2기 또는 >Si(n-C4H9)2기, M이 지르코늄원자 및 치환제 X가 염소 원자 또는 메틸 라디칼인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
