Abstract

Claims (3)
- (i)약 10내지 90m2/g의 B.E.T. 표면적, (ii)20미크론 이상의 중량 평균 입도 분포는 15%이하이고, 25미크론 이상의 중량 평균 입도 분포는 5%이하인 약 5내지 약 15미크론의 중량평균입도, (iii)약 16내지 약26의 플라스틱 연마값, (iv)1.430내지 1.443의 굴절률 범위에서 적어도 약 70%의 투광률, (v)약 70내지 150의 오일 흡수도를 갖는 것이 특징인 무정형 실리카.
- 약 80내지 약100℃의 온도에서, 전해질, 바람직하게는 염화 나트륨의 존재(NaCl:SiO2의 비율이 1:12 및 1:4임)하에서, SiO2:M2O의 비가 3.0 내지 3.5인 알칼리(M)금속 실리케이트 용액과 pH가 약 8.5내지 약10이고 1차 산 부가종료 시의 실리카의 농도가 약 6.0내지 약8.0w/w이 되도록 무기산과 반응시키고, 이 슬러리를 약 10 내지 50분간 숙성시키고, pH가 2내지 5의 범위가 될때까지 무기 희석산의 2차 분량을 가하여 실리카 용액을 함유하는 알카리를 완전히 중화시켜 얻은 생성물을 여과, 세정 및 건조시켜, (i)약 10내지 90m2/g의 B.E.T. 표면적, (ii)20미크론 이상의 중량 평균 입도 분포는 15%이하이고, 25미크론 이상의 중량 평균 입도 분포는 5%이하인 약 5내지 약 15미크론 중량평균입도, (iii)약 16내지 약26의 플라스틱 연마값, (iv)1.430내지 1.443의 굴절률 범위에서 적어도 약 70%의 투광률, (v)약 70내지 150의 오일 흡수도를 갖는 무정형 침강실리카의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정의한 바와 같은 무정형 실리카를 약 5중량% 내지 약 50중량% 바람직하게는 최대 약 30중량% 함유하는 치약 조성물.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
