Abstract
열가소성 폴리우레탄 및 폴리우레판을 기준으로 하여 0.3 내지 15ppm(주석 원자로 환산)양의 주석 화합물을 포함하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 조성물. 조성물을 220℃에서 60분 동안 용융가열하는 경우, 폴리우레탄의 장쇄하드 세그먼트의 보유율은 85%이상이다. 또한, 조성물을 220℃에서 6분 동안 용융 처리하고 용융압출시킨 다음 20℃ 및 60%의 상대 습도에서 24시간 동안 방치시킨 경우 대수 점도의 보유율은 85% 이상이다.
조성물은 성형성이 우수하여 각종 특성(예:인장강도 및 신도, 내열성, 압축 영구왜곡 및 내가수분해성)이 우수한 성형품을 제공할 수 있으므로, 각종 성형품의 재료로서 유용하다. 또한, 방사성이 우수하여 각종 특성(예:내열성, 내가수분해성 및 해사성)이 우수한 섬유를 제공할 수 있으므로, 탄성 섬유의 재료로서도 또한 유용하다.

Claims (10)
- 중합체 디올 성분(A), 유기 디이소시아네이트 성분(B) 및 연쇄연장제 성분(C)로 구성되는 열가소성 폴리우레탄(I) 및 열가소성 폴리우레탄(I)을 기준으로 하여(주석 원자로 환산하여) 0.3내지 15ppm의 주석 화합물(Ⅱ)로 이루어지고, 220℃에서 60분동안 용융처리하는 경우, 1개의 유기디이소시아네이트 성분과 1개의 연쇄연장제 성분으로 이루어진 반복단위를 3개 이상 포함하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄(I)의 장쇄하르세그먼트의 보유율이 85%이상이고, 220℃에서 6분 동안 용융 처리한 후에 용융압출하고, 이어서 20℃, 60%RH(상대 습도)에서 24시간 동안 방치한 경우, 대수 점도의 보유율은 85% 이상인 열가소성 폴리우레탄 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 폴리우레탄(I)이 하기 일반식(1)로 나타내어지는 디올 성분을 전체 단쇄 디올성분의 30몰%이상 함유하고, 수평균분자량이 3,000 내지 8,000인 중합체 디올(A′), 유기 디이소시아네이트(B′) 및 연쇄연장제(C′)를 (B′)/(A′)의 몰비가 2.8 내지 8.0으로 되도록 중합하여 수득한 열가소성 폴리우레탄인 열가소성 폴리우레탄 조성물.-O-(CH2)m-CH(CH3)-(CH2)m-O- (1)상기식에서, m 및 n은 각각 1이상의 정수이며, 이들의 합은 4 내지 9의 범위이다.
- 티탄계 에스테르화 촉매를 사용하여 중합반응을 수행한 후에 티탄계 에스테르화 촉매의 활성을 감소시켜 수득한 중합체 디올을 주석 화합물의 존재하에 유기 디이소시아네이트 및 연쇄 연장제와 용융중합시키는 단계를 포함하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 티탄게 에스테르화 촉매를 사용하여 중합반응을 수행한 후에 티탄계 에스테르화 촉매의 활성을 감소시켜 수득한 중합체 디올을 제조하고, 중합체 디올에 주석 화합물을 첨가하여 수득한 중합체 디올 조성물을 유기 디이소시아네이트 및 연쇄장치제와의 용융중합에 사용하는 방법.
- 티탄계 에스테르화 촉매를 사용하여 중합반응을 수행한 후에 티탄계 에스테르화 촉매의 활성을 감소시켜 디올을 제조하고, 중합체 디올에 주석 화합물을 첨가하여 수득한 중합체 디올 조성물.
- 티탄계 에스테르화 촉매를 사용하여 중합반응을 수행한 후에 티탄계 에스테르화 촉매의 활성을 감소시켜 디올을 제조하고, 수득된 중합체 디올에 주석 화합물을 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 중합체 디올 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따르는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 조성물로 이루어진 탄성 섬유.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따르는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 조성물을 용융방사하는 단계를 포함하는 탄성 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따르는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 조성물로 이루어진 성형품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따르는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 조성물을 용융성형한 다음 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 성형품의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
