Abstract
광기록구조체가 열적으로 안정한 기판과 그 기판 위에 적층된, 폴리(에스테르-아미드)를 포함하는 폴리머층을 포함하고 있다. 정보를 기록하거나 소거하기 위해 레이저빔이 적층된 폴리머층에 입사된다. 이 기록구조체는 저장시 우수한 치수안정성과 기계적인 안정성을 가지며, 정보가 쉽게 간편하게 기록되고 용이하고 완전하게 소거되는 능력을 가지고 있다.

Claims (20)
- 열적으로 안정한 기판과 상기 기판 위에 코팅되어 있는, 비스-옥사졸린과 디아시드를 반응시킴으로써 얻어지는 폴리(에스테르-아미드)를 포함하고 안정하고 소거가능한 폴리머 기록매체층을 포함하는, 미리 설정된 주파수의 광을 제공하는 기록레이저에 이용하기 위한 광기록구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판 상에 코팅되는 상기 폴리머층이 기록레이저의 주파수에서 흡수성이 있는 레이저-감수성 염료를 더 포함하고 있으며, 상기 염료 물질은 플루오레신, 폴리메틴 또는 트리페닐 메탄 염료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머층의 두께가 40-500nm 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(에스테르-아미드)가 다음과 같은 구조식을 가지며,여기에서, R1및 R3은 적어도 두개의 탄소를 가지고 있는 알킬이고, R2는 수소 또는 적어도 하나의 탄소를 가지고 있는 알킬이며, n≥1, m≥1 및 O≥1인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록구조체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 O가 20 이상 (O≥20)인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소거율이 105-107비트/초인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록구조체.
- 비스-옥사졸린과 디아시드를 반응시킴으로써 얻어지는 폴리(에스테르-아미드)를 포함하고 있는 폴리머박막층을 기판상에 적층하고, 레이저로부터 방사되는 광빔으로 상기 폴리머 박막층을 조사하여 원하는 정보에 따라 폴리머 박막층에 피트의 패턴을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 광기록구조체의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(에스테르-아미드)가 약 5,000-70,000범위의 평균분자량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머층이 기록레이저의 주파수에서 흡수성이 있는 레이저감수성 염료를 더 포함하고 있으며, 상기 염료 물질은 플루오레신, 폴리메틴 도는 트리페닐 메탄 염료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상리 레이저감수성 염료 물질이 400-900nm 범위의 주파수에서 광을 흡수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머박막층의 두께가 40-500nm 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머박막층이 스핀코팅에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 디아시드가 아디프산을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 박막층에 형성되는 상기 피트의 깊이가 40-250nm 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 피트의 패턴을 제거하도록 상기 폴리머 박막층을 가열함으로써 정보가 소거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 가열이 120-150℃의 온도범위에서 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 폴리머 박막층을 레이저로부터 방상되는 광빔으로 조사함으로써 피트의 패턴이 재편성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(에스테르-아미드)가 다음과 같은 구조식을 가지며,여기에서, R1및 R3은 적어도 두 개의 탄소를 가지고 있는 알킬이고, R2는 수소 또는 적어도 하나의 탄소를 가지고 있는 알킬이며, n≥1, m≥1 및 O≥1인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 O가 20 이상(O≥20)인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 소거율이 약 105-107비트/초인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
