Claims (8)
- 기판과 이 기판상에 형성된 기록막으로 되고 이 기록막에 에너지 빔을 조사함으로써 이 기록막에 비트를 형성하여 정보를 기록하도록 한 광기록 매체에 있어서, 상기 기록막은 Te를 주성분으로 하여 Cr를 함유하고 상기 기록막에 함유되는 Cr의 함유 비율이 기록막을 구성하는 전원자수에 대해서 0.1~10원자%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 기판과 이 기판상에 형성된 기록막으로 되고 이 기록막에 에너지 빔을 조사함으로써 이 기록막에 비트를 형성하여 정보를 기록하도록한 광기록 매체에 있어서, 상기 기록막은 Te를 주성분으로 하여 Cr를 함유하고 상기 기록막에 함유되는 Cr의 함유 비율이 기록막을 구성하는 전원자수에 대해서 1~4원자%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 기판과 기록막과의 사이에 하지층이 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 하지층이 불화물막 규소화합물막, 금속박막, 불소치환 탄화수소 화합물 및/또는 그 폴리머로된 박막, Cr-C-H박막으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 막으로된 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체.
- 기판과 이 기판상에 형성된 기록막으로 되고 이 기록막에 에너지 빔을 조사함으로써 이 기록막에 비트를 형성하여 정보를 기록하도록 한 광기록 매체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, Te 및 Cr를 함유하는 기록막을 상기 기판상에 성막시킨 후에 이 기록막을 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 기록막에 함유되는 Cr의 함유 비율이 기록막을 구성하는 전원자수에 대해서 0.1~40원자%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 기록막에 함유되는 Cr의 함유비율이 기록막을 구성하는 전원자수에 대해서 01~10원자%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체의 제조방법.
- 제5~7항중 어느 항에 있어서, 상기 열처리는 70~300℃의 온도에서 5초이상 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광기록 매체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
