정보기록매체와 그 기록 소거방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 구현예에 따른 정보기록매체(광 디스크)의 단면도이고,
제2도는 InSb 기록층에서 기록마크(mark)의 Sb 선형분석의 결과를 나타낸 사진이며,
제3A도는 InSb 기록층의 In 평면분석의 결과를 나타낸 사진이다.

Claims (19)

  1. 정보기록매체에 있어서, 투명기판과, 상기 기판상에 용착되어 있으면서 용융점이 200 내지 900℃이고 평형상의 결정질상태와 비평형상의 결정질상태간의 상변화를 일으키는 합금물로된 기록층으로 이루어지고, 상기 기록층에 광선이 조사되므로써 그 조사영역에서 평형상의 결정질상태와 비평형상의 결정질상태간의 상변화가 일어나게 되어 그에 따라 정보를 기록 소거될 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로하는 정보기록매체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기록층(3)은 Bi의 함유량이 70 내지 80원자%의 Au-Bi합금, Bi함유량이 55 내지 65원자%의 Au-Bi합금, Bi의 함유량이 45 내지 55원자%, Sb의 함유량이 5 내지 25원자%인 Au-Sb합금, Sb 함유량이 70 내지 90원자%인 Au-Sb합금, Sb의 함유량이 30 내지 45원자%인 In-Sb합금, Sb의 함유량이 50 내지 80원자%인 In Sb합금, Sb의 함유량이 30 내지 40원자%인 Pb-Sb합금, Sb의 함유량이 40내지 70원자%인 Pb-Sb합금으로 이두어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 합금물을 포함하여 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 기록층(3)은 평형상의 결정질상태가 비평형상태의 결정질상태로 변화하게 될 때 정보가 기록되고, 비평형상의 결정질상태가 평형상의 결정질상태로 변화하게 될 때 정보가 소거되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 기록층(3)은 광선에 조사되고, 광선에 조사된 영역(6)이 급냉되어 평형상의 결정질상태에서 비평형상의 결정질상태로 변화되므로 정보가 기록되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 기록층(3)은 그 기록층(3)의 조사영역(6)이 광선으로 조사되면 평형 및 비평형상의 결정질상태간의 상변화 온도보다 높고 상기 기록층(3)의 용융온도보다는 낮은 온도로 가열되어 비평형상의 결정질상태가 평형상태의 결정질상태로 변화되므로써 거기에 기독된 정보가 소거되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 기록층(3)은 약 1mm 내지 5㎛정도의 두께로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 평형상의 결정질상태와 비평형상의 결정질상태간의 상변화는 약 100 내지 300℃의 온도에서 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  8. 정보기록매체에 있어서, 투명한 기판과, 용융점이 200 내지 900℃이고 평형상의 결정질상태와 비평형상의 결정질상태간의 상변화가 일어날 수 있는 합금물로 형성된 기록층과 상기 기록층과 기판 사이에 형성되어 있는 제1보호층과, 상기 기록층에 위에 형성되어 있는 제2보호층으로 이루어져 있으면서, 상기 기록층과 광선의 조사되므로서 그 조사영역에서 평형상의 결정질상태와 비평형상의 결정질상태간의 상변화가 일어나게 되어 그에 따라 정보를 기록 소거될 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 기록층(3)은 Bi의 함유량이 70 내지 80원자%의 Au-Bi함금, Bi의 함유량이 55 내지 65원자%인 Au-Bi합금, Bi의 함유량이 45 내지 55원자%, Au Bi합금, Sb의 함유량이 5 내지 25원자%인 Au-Sb합금, Sb의 함유량이 70 내지 90원자%인 Au-Sb합금, Sb의 함유량이 30 내지 45원자%인 In-Sb합금, Sb의 함유량이 50 내지 80원자%인 In-Sb합금, Sb의 함유량이 30 내지 40원자%인 Pb-Sb합금, Sb의 함유량이 40 내지 70원자%인 Pb-Sb합그으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 합금물을 포함하여 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 기록층(3)은 평형상의 결정질상태가 비평형상태의 결정질상태로 변화하게될 때 정보가 기록되고, 비평형상의 결정질상태가 평형상의 결정질상태로 변화하게 될 때 정보가 소거되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 기록층(3)은 광선에 조사되고, 이 조사영역(6)이 급냉되어 급냉되어 평행상의 결정질상태에서 비평형상의 결정질상태로 변화되므로 정보가 기록되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 기록층(3)은 그 기록층(3)의 조사영역(6)이 광선으로 조사되면 평형 및 비평형상의 결정질상태간의 상변화 온도보다 높고 상기 기록층(3)의 용융온도보다는 낮은 온도로 가열되어 비평형상의 결정질상태가 평형상태의 결정질상태로 변화되므로써 거기에 기록된 정보가 소거되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 기록층(3)은 약 1nm 내지 5㎛ 정도의 두께로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  14. 제8항에 있어서, 평형상의 결정질상태와 비평형상의 결정질상태간의 상변화는 약 100 내지 300℃의 온도에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  15. 제8항에 있어서, 제1 및 2보호층(2,4)은 무기유전체로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2보호층(2,4)은 각각 두께가 내지 10㎛으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  17. 제8항에 있어서, 표면층(5)은 제2보호층상에 용착되어서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 표면층(5)은 자외선 경화수지로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 매체.
  19. 정보기록을 소거하는 방법에 있어서, 투명한 기판과, 용융점이 200 내지 900℃이고 평형상의 결정질 상태와 비평형상의 결정질상태간의 상변화를 발생하게 되는 합금물로 형성된 기록층으로 이루어진 정보기록 매체를 이용하되, 상기 기록층은 평형상의 결정질상태에서 기록마크가 함께 제공되어 있고, 평형 및 비평형상간의 상변화온도보다는 높고 기록층의 용융온도보다는 낮은 온도에서 상기 기록층을 가열시키기 위해 상기 기록마크에 광선을 조사하므로, 비평형상의 결정질상태가 평형상의 결정질상태로 상변화가 일어나도록 하여 정보가 소거될 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록매체.
