Abstract

본 발명은 최소한 하나의 폴리머로 이루어지고, 최소한 하나의 유효성분을 함유하는 내부 매트릭스와 외부 글리세라이드층을 포함하는, 눈에 투여를 위한 생약형태에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 또한 그러한 생약 형태의 제조방법을 제공한다.

Claims (13)

  1. 내부에서 외부로-최소한 하나의 폴리머로 이루어지고 최소한 하나의 유효성분을 함유하는 매트릭스, -글리세이드의 제1층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 눈에 투여를 위한 약제학적 투약형태.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 비투과성 외부막을 형성하는 제2층을 포함하는 약제학적 투약형태.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 타블렛인 약제학적 투약형태.
  4. 제1항 및 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 매트릭스를 위해 사용된 폴리머가 하기 폴리머들을 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택된 약제학적 투약형태: 폴리에틸렌, 아크릴폴리머, 폴리비닐 클로라이드, HPMC 형의 셀룰로오즈 유도체, 폴리비닐알콜, 유드라기트R또는 이들의 혼합물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 글리세라이드가 천연 또는 반합성 고체 글리세라이드인 약제학적 투약형태.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 글리세라이드가 콤프리톨�/SP>인 약제학적 투약형태.
  7. 제2항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반투과성 막이 셀룰로오즈의 열가소성 유도체, 예를들면 에틸셀룰로오즈로부터 이루어지는 약제학적 투약형태.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유효성분이 산동제, 항생물질 및 항 염증제로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 약제학적 투약형태.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 타블렛의 총중량에 대하여 유효성분이 1-60%의 수준으로 존재하고 매트릭스의 폴리머는 25-70%, 글리세라이드는 8-40%의 수준으로 존재하는 약제학적 투약형태.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약 2.5-4㎜의 길이 및 약1-3㎜의 직경을 갖는 약제학적 투약형태.
  11. a)유효성분 또는 유효성분들과 매트릭스를 구성하는 폴리머 또는 폴리머들을 혼합하고, b)임의적으로, 습윤 및 보조제의 도입후 얻어진 혼합물을 그래뉼화하며, c)글리세라이드를 첨가하여 혼합하고, d)전단계의 종료시에 얻어진 혼합물을 직접 타블렛화하는 단계가 수행됨을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 10항에 따른 약제학적 투약형태의 제조방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, d)단계후 유기용매에 용해된 열가소성 유도체로 타블렛을 코팅하는 단계가 수행되는 약제학적 투약형태의 제조방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 코팅이 유기용매에 있는 에틸셀루로오즈의 용액에 타블레을 침지시키고 오븐에서 건조시키는 것을 포함하는 약제학적 투약형태의 제조방법.
