Abstract
본 발명은 황색으로 채색되고, 구슬 매체에 부분적으로 박힌 역반사 구슬을 가진 도로 표지에 관한 것이다. 구슬 매체는 백색 광선을 산란시키는 광선 산란제를 0.5 내지 15체적% 함유한다. 도로 표지는 잠재적으로 유독한 금속, 즉 카드뮴, 크롬 및 납을 함유하는 황색 안료를 사용하지 않고 야간에 선명한 황색을 반사할 수 있다.

Claims (10)
- a) 카드뮴, 크롬 및 납을 함유하지 않으며, 백색 광산을 산란시키며 굴절률이 1.6 이상인 광선 산란제를 구슬 및 미끄럼 방지 입자를 배제한 상태의 고체를 기준으로 적어도 0.5체적%를 함유하는 구슬 매체; 및 b) 구슬 매체에 적어도 부분적으로 박혀있고, ASTM E 811-87에 따라 시험했을때 색도 좌표(X,Y)의 총합이 0.95이상인 선명한 황색 약간 색상을 ASTM D-4061-89에 따라 시험했을때이상의 비휘도를 나타내는 역반사 도로 표지에 제공하는 황색으로 채색된 다수의 역반사 구슬을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 도로 표지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 광선 산란제는 2이상의 굴절률을 가지고, 0.5 내지 15 체적%로 구슬 매체내에 존재하고, 0.1 내지 2㎛의 평균 입자 크기 범위를 가지는 안료 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사도로 표시.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 광선 산란제는 산화 아연, 황화 아연, 리소폰, 지르콘, 산화 지르코늄, 황화 바륨, 이산화 티탄늄 및 이들 결합체를 포함하는 군으로 부터 선택된 안료 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 도로 표지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, TiO2안료 입자는 0.5 내지 10체적%로 구슬 매체로 존재하고, 0.2 내지 0.8㎛ 범위내의 입자 크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 도로 표지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 역반사 구슬은 구슬내에 결합된 착색제를 1중량%이상 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 도로 표지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 황색 착색제가 카트뮴, 크롬 및 납이 함유되지 않은 구슬 매체로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 도로 표지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 점(0.458,0.492), (0.480,0.520), (0,610,0.390), 및 (0.560,0.390)에 의해 형성된 박스내에 있는 색도 좌표를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 도로 표지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 점(0.467,0.503), (0.480,0.520), (0,610,0.390) 및 (0.580,0.390)에 의해 형성된 박스내에 있는 색도 좌표를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 도로 표지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 동등한 백색 도로 표지의 비휘도의 적어도 40%는 되는 비휘도를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 도로 표지.
- a) 카드뮴, 크롬 또는 납을 함유하지 않으며 백색 광선을 산란시키는 광선 산란제를 적어도 0.5체적% 함유한 구슬 매체를 형성하는 단계; 및 b) 광선이 황색으로 채색되는 역반사 구슬을 가격할때 도로 표지가 선명한 황색을 반사하도록 황색을 띄는 역반사 구슬을 구슬 매체에 박는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 도로 표지를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
