Abstract

광자기신호를 검출하는 광학장치의 구성의 간결화, 소형화를 도모한다.
광자기신호를 검출하는 광학장치에 있어서, 발광부와 수광부가 공통의 기판상에 근접 배치되고, 발광부로부터의 출사광의 광자기매체(36)로부터의 귀환광을 수광부에 의해 공초점(共焦点) 근방에서 수광검출하는 광학소자(1)와, 다른 수광소자(32)를 구비하고, 광자기매체(36)로부터의 귀환광을 분할하여, 한쪽의 귀환광을 광학소자(1)의 수광부(32)에서 수광하고, 다른쪽의 귀환광을 다른 수광소자(32)에서 수광검출하도록 구성한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관한 광학장치의 일예를 나타낸 구성도, 제2도는 본 발명에 관한 광학장치의 다른 예를 나타낸 구성도, 제3도는 본 발명에 관한 광학장치의 다른 예를 나타낸 구성도, 제4도는 본 발명에 사용하는 광학소자의 설명을 위한 구성도.

Claims (3)

  1. 광자기신호를 검출하는 광학장치에 있어서, 발광부와 수광부가 공통의 기판상에 근접 배치되고, 상기 발광부로부터의 출사광의 광자기매체로부터의 귀환광을 상기 수광부에 의해 공초점(共焦点) 근방에서 수광검출 하는 광학소자와, 다른 수광소자를 구비하고, 광자기매체로부터의 귀환광을 분할하여, 한쪽의 귀환광을 상기 광학소자의 수광부에서 수광검출하고, 다른쪽의 귀환광을 상기 다른 수광소자에서 수광검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다른 수광소자를 사용한 차동(差動)구조에 의해 상기 다른 쪽의 귀환광을 수광하여 광자기신호를 차동검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 좌선광판(左旋光板)과 우선광판으로 이루어지는 편광수단을 배설하고, 상기 출사광을 상기 한쪽의 선광판을 통과시켜서 광자기매체에 조사(照射)하고, 이 광자기매체로부터의 귀환광을 상기 다른 쪽의 선광판을 통과시켜서, 2분할된 각각의 귀환광을 상기 광학소자의 수광부와 상기 다른 수광소자에 수광하고, 상기 광학소자의 수광부와 상기 다른 수광소자를 사용한 차동구조에 의해 광자기신호를 차동 검출하는 특징으로 하는 광학장치.
